Peculiar Game Glitches

Welcome to the Peculiar Game Glitches section of Zelda Secrets and Oddities. In this section you will find glitches, of course! Below are a list of glitches organized by games that have been submitted by viewers. Not all of them may necessarily have been tested and proven to work. If you find any that do not work, please feel free to e-mail us.

Unless otherwise mentioned in the description, all glitches are proven safe for your game cartridge and game. No other devices were used other than the game itself and the console, except for very rare cases. Sorry, if you are looking for glitches performed with gamesharks, look somewhere else.

Have a glitch to submit? Then feel free to jump down to downwards and fill out our submittion form. Please pay attention to the rules stated above it. We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

The Legend of Zelda: A Hyrule Adventure

Level 1 Locked Door
Sent in by Spencer
Immediately after you enter Level 1, exit. Now if you re-enter Level 1, the door at the northern end of the main room will be unlocked, and you'll end up with an extra key at the end of the dungeon!
Slow Motion
Sent in by Franklin
Go to an area with Armos Knights and desert enemies. Once there, wake everything up, and stand in one spot. You will then have about 10-20 enemies standing ON top of you. The music and gameplay gets SUPER SLOW MOTION after that. So, slow that the world sounds like the start up screen. It makes the world theme sound modern. Also, it looks really cool to have all those enemies on top of you.

Zelda II: Adventure of Link

Glitch-Village
Sent in by Remo
When you go to the town with the chimnies use the Jump Spell and get on top of the tallest building. Select the Fairy Spell but don't use it. Now jump out of the screen and use the Fairy Spell, when you move you will fall down a hole and appear in a different town. Just fool around a little, talk to people BUT DON'T GO TROUGH THE LEFT DOOR 'cause you'll end up in the ocean and must reset your game. Instead go into the house with the open door a few times and everything will change, like the background, it's in programing language. You can leave the village on the left side .
Palace Glitch
Sent in by Remo
I've heard that the Glitch-Village trick works in the Palaces, too. You need to find a hole in the ground and jump onto the roof of the next room then jump and change into a fairy. You're supposed to end up in another castle. My castles have already turned to stone so I'm gonna try it later. NOTE: You need to have the item from the palace you use the trick in or else you'll never get it. Try for yourself if it works!

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

The Ghost of the Mire
A glitch in the game located in Misery Mire. Head over to the LttP section of this site to learn more about the Ghost Glitch.
Bombos - Fiery Water
A simple little glitch I witness every now and then, I don't know if it works elsewhere, however, in the last water room before the Boss in the Flooded Palace if you use Bombos to kill the Tecktites watery flames will appear instead of the normal flames.
Death Mountain Descent
One of the kewler and more complicated glitches of the game that will allow you access into the Dark World before you defeat Agahnim for the first time. Also allows you to try many follow-up glitches that I encourage everyone to send in. Read the Death Mountain Descent page for the steps as well as more info.

The Legend of Zelda: LttP / Four Swords

The Fastest Boomerang in the World
Sent in by Jeremy Yerkes
On the Gameboy Advance version, there is a way to get the boomerang to go around the world forever, or at least until you go to another area. In Kakariko Village, find the horizontal row where you have the most running distance possible. Go all the way right to this row, and face left. Throw the Boomerang (either type, easier with the first one) to the north east. Make sure it has enough distance to go far enough that you can get to running. Immediatly after you let it fly, run to the left.(obviously I mean run as in with the Pegasus Boots.) You will lose the boomerang behind you, but then it will come back at Mach 10, or seemingly! It goes too fast to catch. If you move up or down, it will curve its path. It won't actually hurt any soldiers, but it will cut grass if it passes it twice. Also, it doesn't hit anything anymore. Once, I got it to move slow, by running into something. I tried to duplicate this, but I couldn't (slowing it down, not the main bug). I think this might work on the SNES version too, but I haven't checked yet. I think I discovered it because I haven't seen it anywhere else, so if anyone puts this on their sight, I just ask for credit. Thanks :)
Worms Cut In Half Don't Die
Sent in by Henry_n
Yes, I've never seen this posted ANYWHERE before, so I'm asuming that I'm the first person to discover this (or at least, I hope I am). Ok, I was playing ALttP for GBA and I found this out... In the Tower of Ganon, at the end, after you beat the room with the Lanmolas, go to the room above it and defeat the enemies. Then go up the stairs. After that, go back down the stairs and you'll be locked in (meaning that you can't go back to the room with the Lanmolas, but you can go back up the stairs). Now hold the R Button and dash DOWNWARDS into the wall. It only works if you do it downwards. When you do that, the Lanmolas come out of the ground but they stop. Dash into the bottom wall again and they'll move a little bit more. You can keep doing it and it'll never stop. They'll come out of the ground and dig back into it, but they do it slowly. It's a weird glitch... But the disappointing part is that you can't kill them o.O It's so tempting to kill them, but you can't. Grrrr... lol.
Worms Cut In Half Don't Die - MOVIE
Sent in by Henry_n
And now, Henry has supplied this oddity with something that will make most of us smile: a video of this glitch. You will need VisualBoyAdvance EMU and the Four Swords ROM. Click and save this link. Unzip the contents into THE SAME FOLDER as the Four Swords ROM. Open the Four Swords game in the Emu and then go up to Tools >> Play >> Start Movie and select the Glitch.VMV (note: this may potentially screw up any current game you have, so make a backup). Then sit back and watch the movie. Takes a moment since he starts all the way at the beginning of the dungeon, but it's awesome to see the glitch (it's even more awesome to do the glitch yourself).
Zoom After Descent
Sent in by Dark Grapefruit
WARNING! This will freeze your game. I did this in the GBA version, don't know if it works in the SNES version. Do the Death Mountain Descent, then jump into the river. You should notice a glitchy area of land to your right. If you swim up and touch it, you will start zooming through the same screen over and over. There is no way to stop this except to reset. It's pretty cool to watch though.
Running Move
Sent in by Garrett (Edited by MagicFox)
Pick any stairs you would like, though preferably pick some that are quite long. The stairs on Death Mountain would be perfect, but it must be in the Light World and you must have the Flute. Once you are on the stairs, (it's easy to do it if you are going upwards), call the bird. Just before the bird comes use the Dash feature. The bird should sweep you up while you are in the middle of the Dash. Once the map comes up cancel it and you will be back on the stairs. At first nothing will seem different until you get off the stairs and onto somewhere flat. You will be running extremely fast! And you can't use your sword. Be careful if you bump into something and something is close behind you you will be bounced back and forth like a little doll. It may seem to take forever and Link will be bounced up into the sky and off the screen but eventually you will regain control of him. Once you have bounced off something you won't be moving very fast anymore, but you still can't use your sword and if you hit a wall you will start bounce off it as if you had dashed into it. To cancel the glitch just perform the real Dash.
Grass on the Wall
Sent in by evilchibiduck
Okay, you know the place where you throw something into the circle of rocks and get the Quake Medallion? Well, after I got it, I stepped on a spot where a rock used to be and used the mirror to return to Light World. Then, when I stepped on the warp, it sent me back because the rock was there again. So I ran off to find the warp to Dark World again, and on the way there, I noticed things were screwy. There were grass tiles where they shouldn't be, namely on the side of the mountain. Like on the wall. It went away when I exited the area and came back.
Jump Backwards
Sent in by Drumstick
After doing the Death Mountain Descent, and you're on the black "sky", move up until you are past where the bridge would be in the Light World. Then use the Magic Mirror. If you did it right, you will be past the bridge. Move up until you see a flat dirt plane. Probably the "end of the world"... Move towards it and jump off it like a cliff. Only you will move backwards. Wieeeerd...
Super Scroll
Sent in by Jinkondorf
Do the "Death Mountain Descent" glitch. In the canyon, use the magic mirror. Once you're back in the light world, go down the screen. You should see the glitchy environment. If you leave that screen, you'll keep scrolling and scrolling, and the only way to stop it is to turn the game off. This was done on the GBA version, though. I don't have a SNES to test the original.
Walk on Water Glitch
Sent in by Stryke
This Glitch requires Pegasus Boots, Ocarina, and Zora Flippers. In the Light World, in the area a couple screens above the water gate in the swamp with the 5 statues, three pegs and a whirlpool, use the Ocarina to call the bird. As the bird comes, start using the Pegasus Boots to run. When the bird picks you up and you are taken to the map, press B to cancel. When you land again, if you walk into something you will bounce back as if you ran into it. I have tried multiple ways to do this, but the best way I've found is you have to bounce off of one of the stones in the water in front of the whirlpool and land in the whirlpool. When you are teleported, you can now walk on water. I have not tested this in other locations, nor on the SNES version... just experement with it ;)
Flute Oddity
Sent in by AvikaW
When you dig up the Flute, don't play it to the fox on the stump in the Dark World. Skip that part. After you progress far enough, the fox will be a tree without you even playing the Flute for him. Seems like a glitch.
Swim on Land
Sent in by Garin
Go to the Zora Falls. Now go one screen below the actual Zora Falls (be in the place with the circle of stones in the Light World). Call your duck and charge to the edge of the shallow water (land). When the duck picks you up, press "b" to cancel and then move onto the land... you will be swimming! If you go into the water and return to the land, you will walk again, but beware, you can't charge or lift rocks! You can go under land by pressing "b". This by far is one of my favorites, and I hope I'm the first to discover it because I've never seen it ANY WHERE else.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening

Save and Save Money!
If you don't want to try being a thief then buy the item and quickly save your game! You will still have 'most' of your money.
Screen Skip Glitch
Only works on the original version of the game, not the DX, but if you start entering the next scene and press select, if you do it right you will end up on the next screen in the position you were when you pressed select. NEVER SAVE unless the file is worthless to you, this can permanently damage your game if not careful. I'm not very fond of most glitches in a game, but this one can be very fun to play with! So far I've gotten old ladie Octoroks, the 2nd Power Bracelet inside Eagle's Tower, entered the "spare room" of dungeons (do the glitch in a dungeon where there is no room on the other side), ride the raft on the ground (temporary), and much much more! Rated A Glitch... too bad they took it out in DX.
My Favorite Key - Twice
Sent in by theatrebrad
I defeated the guy in the desert in order to get the key (the one that sinks down after you kill him). When I killed him, I was between the key and the hole, so I picked up the key victoriously (as it made the congrats music). I went down the hole... and I got the key again. Weird.
What's Going On?
Sent in by Adept of Lunord
If you enter the bannana house for the first time, then give the dog food to the crocodile, he will accept the food. You hear the tone and raise the bannanas over your head, but instead of getting the description right away, he will then say what he says if you talk to him without the food, and then description will run! Weird....

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Entering Floor Glitch
I've only seen this glitch posted on one other site, Zelda Power, but I knew about it long before it made it there, and he only mentions that it works on the cate into Hyrule Castle Market. I found it out in the Forest Temple entrance. Truth is, it works anywhere. Simply get on a high place and jump INTO the entrance, the game will take over and is suppose to deliver Link through the door, but he never makes it there. Instead he falls THROUGH THE FLOOR but still enters the next scene anyway. This is extremely hillarious but it is a safe glitch.
Anti-Grav Enemies?
Sent in by Mortal
Begin the twin Stalfos fight in the Forest Temple (where the floor segment with chest won't descend 'til you've killed both Stalfos); simply lure the Stalfos towards you; they'll walk straight over the hole in the ground where the floor segment fits...?!
Ocarina Items
Sent in by Beta Link
Get a fish in a bottle. Link must be HOLDING it in his hand. Jump off a ledge and press the C for the bottle, then C for another item (e.g. Hookshot). Link will put the Hookshot to his mouth like an Ocarina!!!
Go Inside Hyrule Castle
Sent in by Corkster
This is a well-known glitch: go to the sign that says "Dead End" in front of where you get Din's Fire. Look to the left, there is a little corner. You have to position Link at exactly the right angle to do this. Try going up. After a few tries, it should work. Line Link's sword up with the polyline. Once on grass above, head towards the castle. Don't get too close because the castle is wet and will make you fall. Move very slowly. Soon, to your left, you will see a stream. Then, run as fast as you can at the stream. At first you will fall, but you will end up in a lake of some sort. That's Hyrule Castle for you. It's just a big LAKE inside!
Frozen and Invisible Epona
Sent in by Silver Griffin
I was riding Epona in circles in front of Malon, just for the heck of it. I rode a little longer, & everything but the music stopped. A few seconds later, I regained control, Epona was invisible & wouldn't move! I fired arrows at the cucoos & they crowed at me, but wouldn't attack! I tried moving, but it didn't work. I was still able to see Epona's shadow, & nothing else was different! I was freakyfied out, man.
Play Without a Sword or Shield?
Sent in by C
Is it possible to play the full game of the Ocarina of Time without ever finding a sword or boomerang or buying a shield?? Yes it is possible, I haven't been able to beat the game like this, but you can try. In the beginning Navi trys to get you to go to the Great Deku Tree. Normally you can't pass the guard Mido without equipping a sword and a shield, but if you do this you can go to the Great Deku Tree without one and start your journey swordless and shieldless. Ok first you go over to where the guard Mido is standing and face him forward (make sure Link and Mido are against each other touching). Then pull the left side of the cartridge SLOWLY out of the game. This takes many tries but be patient. After you hear a glitch-like noise and Link is raised in the air you walk straight forward until you can't walk anymore. If you are doing this right Mido should change places. Then you pull the LEFT side of the cartridge out a little more and then you're in. You go talk to the Deku Tree, but don't even enter the Deku Tree, because you can't beat it and don't need to. Try if you want, though. Then after talking to the Great Deku Tree do the trick again by pulling the cartridge to pass Mido again. This will take you back to the Kokiri Forest. Then you will have to pass the next guard the same way to leave the forest and start your journey. This trick is awesome and if you managed to beat the game like this it would be awesome. By the way: MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU DO THIS YOU START A brAND NEW GAME AND SAVE BEFORE DOING THE TRICK AND SAVE DIRECTLY AFTER EVERY TRICK!!!
Emphasis of C's Trick (Above)
Sent in by HyperLink
If you do that play without a sword trick, you can skip the Deku Tree level completely. Just do the trick to the guy blocking you from leaving the forest and BAM you are outta there!
Kokiri Sword
Sent in by Dark Grapefruit
You can get the Kokiri sword without actually "getting" it. Do the "Play Without a Sword or Shield" trick (above oddity) to get into the Deku Tree without a sword (you DO need a shield, though.) Play through the game without getting the sword. It's hard, but possible (use deku sticks and the slingshot). Play until you become an adult, beat Forest Temple and become a kid again. You should have the Kokiri Sword! But it still does not show up on the equipment subscreen and the chest holding it is still unopened.
Cucco on the Ceiling
Sent in by Ally N.
Okay I was playing the Bombchu Bowling game and I was about to knock down the first wall when my mom told me to go clean my room. I didn't think it would take me that long so I just left the game on and didn't pause it or anything. When I came back I knocked down the first 2 walls and the big cucco behind the second wall was ON THE CEILING!!!!! I beat the game (it was much easier since there was only one cucco in my way instead of 2), and tried to re-create the situation but it wouldn't do it again. Anyway it was weird. ~Ally:)
Change Stuff Into Bottles
Sent in by Fish
Hi, peoples. Here's a fun glich that changes stuff into bottles. Before you do this remember you can't get the item back, so use something useless like the Biggoron's claim check after you use it. Ok, go to a place where you can cach something in a bottle (I usualy use fish). Get out a bottle and swipe at the thing your catching. Just before it gets the bottle, press start. Select the thing you're changing and put it place of the bottle. There! You will catch the thing in the item so it will change into a bottle. Might take some practise, but it's worth it. Bye!
Dive, Dive!
Sent in by HyperLink
Okay this is a trick to go underwater for an infinite amount of time. Challenge the Marathon Man, but then jump off the bridge in the valley and swim to the Lake. If done correctly, the timer should still be ticking on the screen. When it has stopped, you should find it still there. While it is still on the screen, you can go underwater for an infinite amount of time with the Kokiri or Goron tunics. This also works in Death Mountain.
Swordless Link
Sent in by HyperLink
If you have the Master Sword armed when you get it knocked out of your hand in the last battle with Ganon, you will find you are swordless. Save the game and reset, you are now swordless outside of Ganon's castle. (Only works with gold cartridges and very early releases of the grey cartridge.)
Items on Epona
Sent in by HyperLink
If you do that above Swordless Link trick, you can use items on Epona. If you arm your ocarina to one of the C - buttons (but remember which one it is, as they will not be shown on the screen). You can get off of Epona in the Gerudo Shooting area (I don't remember its real name; the place where you earn the Ice Arrows). Using this trick, you can earn an easy 2000 points.
Swordless for the Grey
Sent in by HyperLink
If you do the "Play Without a Sword or Shield" trick by 'c' (#35) at the fishing pond (slowly pulling up the left side of your cartridge while walking towards the door), you can obtain the Swordless Link state with any version of cartridge. You have to pull it up while dealing with the Fisherman's ramblings the whole time, but you will be outside with the Fishing Rod to your B button. Save and reset, and then you will have a Deku Stick to the 'B' button.
Skulltulas Galore
Sent in by HyperLink
If you enter a secret grotto (hole) as a kid, sometimes there is a Gold Skulltula on the wall. Kill it but DO NOT take the token. Position yourself so you're very, very close to and facing away from the warp. Lock on to the token. Throw your boomerang and IMMEDIATELY back-flip onto the warp. When you are up, check the status subscreen. You should have gotten the token. Now go back down. The Skulltula should still be there. This takes a few tries to get the hang of, so save before you get the Skulltula.
Arrow in Someone's Head
Sent in by samuel
First take out take out your bow and ready an arrow then using Z-targetting get close to someone and talk to them and they will look like they have an arrow in their head.
The Horse Trick
Sent in by HyperLink
Here is an interesting one. Get Link down to about one-half of a heart left. Call Epona. Now, place a bomb at your feet. JUST WHEN IT EXPLODES, mount Epona. You should be at 0 health. If you dismount, Link dies. If you save and reset, Link will die instantly in the Temple of Time.
Inside the Tower Walls
Sent in by HyperLink
As Adult Link you can get into Ganon's Tower. But we already knew that. Well, I mean WITHOUT THE DOOR. Arm the Longshot and Hover Boots, then cross the bridge that leads to Ganon's Tower. Go as far right as you can, riiiiight, a bit further, a bit further....Once you see your hover boots glow, you know you're too far. Take out the longshot and hit the right pillar that makes up the doorway. If you hit it juuuuust right, you will grab hold of it and get INSIDE the tower. Now, two things: number one, from this position, you can plainly see that you can do nothing to the center of the lava. Go ahead, throw a bomb in, nothing happens. Number two: there is a prodruding LEDGE right where you land, but not on the other side. Makes you wonder if this was intentional. MagicFox: this glitch helped in proving many Triforce Theories false.
Off the Edge of the World
Sent in by Dude Crush
You don't really get much from this, except for a heart gone. Okay, what you do is you go up that corner at Hyrule Castle, like in the glitch where you get in Hyrule Castle, but instead of going toward the castle you just keep going up the mountain until you jump off the side of it. And bam! you fall into a bottomless pit and end up back at the entrance to the castle area with a heart gone.
Chicken in the Windmill - Glitch
Sent in by Jake
Ok, so the chicken in the windmill can be used to get that Heart Piece in Impa's house, and is there for another reason. K, now turn into an Adult and go get the chicken. Equip the hover boots and go up to the exit of the place where you got the chicken. Now run off the left and float onto that brown gate by the dancing couple. Nothing interesting, just another bug. GO over it and you'll fall down!
Shape Shifting Room
Sent in by Maxim Starfe
Alright, most people probably know this but, eh. Go to the Temple of Time and either stand outside the hallway into the room with the Master Sword or go about half way in. Then go to 1st person mode and you can see that the room ahead is clearly a very shadowed rectangle. Get a little closer and it will turn into the well lit octagon (I think it is, unless my memory decieves me) room you're used to seeing. MagicFox: Here's a better way to do this, walk into the corridor and use the humming of the Spiritual Stones as a guide. Get as close to the Master Sword as possible with them still humming and switch to first person mode to see the 'strange' room. Go beyond the sound of the humming and you will see the regular corridor with the Master Sword.
More on Shape Shifting Room
Sent in by Triforce_Hunter
When doing the Shape shifting room trick in the Temple of Time, if you edge slowly forward the room gradually changes and you can see a brightly-lit version of the 'strange' room. Another interesting thing is that when you walk forwards, the room suddenly changes, but if you stand so that Link's back is to the pedestal room and walk towards the camera, you can watch it happening gradually.
Disappearing Emeralds
Sent in by Chris
Editted by Maxine MagicFox. When you enter the Temple of Time as Adult Link, head towards the hall that leads to the Master Sword's pedastool, but just before you enter, turn around and stare at the Spiritual Stones. Back up and the pillars, ruby, sapphire, and emerald will dissapear! Walk forward and they return.
Forget the Fine!
Sent in by Korii
Most of us fans know that we can steal the Fisherman's hat, and you can lose it at a cost of 50 rupees. Well, when you lose the hat, and the text box pops up, DO NOT PRESS 'A'! You can still walk around, so walk over to the Fisherman and talk to him while the text box is still on the screen. The text box will disappear as you engage in a conversation. You've just avoided a fine! *sneaky, sneaky...*
Wall Color Glitch
Sent in by Grey Siren
In any dungeon in the game, there's a color behind the wall. If you press "Z" and you are next to the wall, you should see a color behind the wall. So far I've found Jabu Jabu has a yellow color, the Fire temple has a musty brown color, and the Water Temple has pink. There's nothing special about it but it's neat.
Is It REALLY Quicksand?
Sent in by Grey Siren
In the Adult section of the Spirit Temple, in the room with the large treasure chest, the Wolfos, the quicksand pit, and a Triforce symbol on the ground, if the Wolfos falls off the platform and into the quicksand, it doesn't sink. But you do. Maybe it doesn't affect monsters?
Below the Well
Sent in by Adept of Lunord
While strolling in Kakariko Village, make a Cucco mad. Then, attempt to hide in the well. When that doesn't work, try to climb out! If you are killed while climbing the ladder, you fall then fall into the wall! There's light blue and a whole lotta water under Hyrule...
Below the Well - More
Sent in by Adept of Lunord
Sometimes, if you do the Below the Well Oddity, rather than seeing what's under Hyrule, the camera will turn backwards and you'll just see the entrance to the mini-dungeon in the well!
Invisible Room
Sent in by Chel
Odd little glitch in the Forest Temple: Remember that door blocked by the Temple of Time block? Go into the room next to that, climb down the ladder, go underground, and climb back up. Open the door. You should now be in the block. DO NOT MOVE. Do a backflip. You'll fall into blackness, maybe a ledge or two's worth, and will be able to see the entire main room and a black perimeter (which you're in). You can run around. You can't get out if you fall too far, though, because a "box" surrounds you. Try using the Hookshot, and you'll see that the red dot is right in front of you. Try to shoot it, and it just makes that "clank" sound. You'll also notice that there are splashing water noises when you walk. I know this works more than once, because I've done this several times. BUT, you'll have to restart your game. I haven't found a way to get back up yet, but it's just a little thing to do if you're bored. Have fun!
Leave Navi Behind
Sent in by Jonathan
Here's a safe glitch, go to the Temple of Time and backflip on the pedestal between the Kokori's Rmerald and Goron's Ruby. then play Saria's Song and talk to her. After that get off the pedestal and Navi will be hanging around the Kokori's Emerald. If you leave the Temple and come back you can do it again! (NOTE: IT WORKS MOSTLY WITH ADULT LINK!)
Invisible BETABETA
Sent in by Steiner Bucket
(0dd name, I know) Okay, get you N64 ready for a night of gaming. Play Ocarina of Time for about 5-6 hours non-stop. Is you N64 getting warm? Now, go to the creepy Old Hag's Potion Shop. Talk to her (don't have to buy anything, just talk to her) and now walk to the left corner and then head to the door. When I did this, Link vanished from the screen. Everything but the smoke stopped and the music sounded like someone was saying 'BETABETA' over and over. Turn off your game and when you try to turn it back on, it won't start. Let your N64 sit for an hour and it'll play just fine. I've done this twice, but it doesn't hurt your game. Your N64 just gets overheated.
Starfox's Arwing in Kokiri Forest?
Sent in by ChameleonLizard3
Over at a few websites, I've heard quite a commotion about an Arwing from Starfox64 in the Legend of Zelda. It really got my attention. Apparently there's a GameShark code that lets you turn the guy trying to pick up a rock in Kokiri Forest into any object in the game. And apparently you can get an Arwing... These are the said codes for it:

Chicken Coop Shortcut
Sent in by Jacob
There is no need to take the owl to Kakariko Village to get the Heart Piece in the house. Instead, as an adult, jump on the hay bales in the chicken coop, line yourself up with the hole in the wall, and move directly forwards. Link will jump up, grab the opening, and climb up, entering the house.

The Legend of Zelda: OoT Master Quest

Fall into the Golden Sky!
Sent in by Dark Grapefruit
This oddity only works in the Master Quest of OoT. In Jabu-Jabu's Belly, there is a room with a "Song of Time" block and a ditch with water in it. To the right is an alcove with a spout of water and nothing else. Raise the water level by hiting the switch then go into the alcove. Go behind the spout and then walk into it. The water will lift you up and through the roof! You can see the room you were just in and a golden sky all around. If you fall into the sky, you will fall for a while and come back to the entrance. I know it's not possible, but I can't help but think... Doesn't the Sacred Realm have a golden sky?
The Water That Fell Up
Sent in by HyperLink
Anywhere that you find the water barrier that flows up, you can get on top of it. When you run into the water, IMMEDIETLEY pull out your ocarina or one of the three spells. Using this, you can get into the adult section of the Spirit Temple as a kid! WARNING: DO NOT SAVE IF YOU USE ANY KEYS! YOU WILL BE FORCED TO RESET YOUR GAME!! You get stopped by a few rusty swiches, and you can't fight Kotake and Koume, but it's still fun to mess around!
Screwy Camera
Sent in by HyperLink
Once again in the Spirit Temple: crawl through the first crawl space as a kid, then back out. While the camera is still centered on the hole, talk to Nabooru. During this time, you can swing your sword, throw a bomb, whatever. But wait, there's more! After she's done talking, run around and the camera's still centered on Nabooru! To move the camera a liiiitle bit, pull out your ocarina. However, DO NOT press "A", as you'll lock up your game as it trys to play the ocarina and talk to Nabooru at the same time.

Epona is Trapped!
Sent in by Jinkondorf
Run Epona between the column and the water's edge under the overlook near the Kakariko Village steps. Epona should stop in that little corner. She'll be stuck, and you won't be able to dismount! In order to escape this, make Epona run into the cliff wall. She'll rear and try to step back, but she may need your help. First time has never been the charm for me, so be patient. You'll eventually get out. I can't remember if this works on regular OoT.
See the Sun at Night
Sent in by Hannah
You have to be a kid and it has to be day in order to do this. Go to the entrance of the Market and climb up the chain on the left side of the draw bridge and wait until night. (You can use the Sun's Song.) Then the draw bridge will come up and you will still be at the top. (At this point you can walk across the draw bridge and and then walk back across for 3 Red Rupees. The rupees come back if you leave and come back.) If your on the left chain and Link is facing away from Death Mountain and you are up against the wall, you should be able to see through the wall and down underneath(?) Hyrule. If you wait a while the sun will come into veiw. I'm sure you can do this to see the moon during the day, but I haven't tested that.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask

Enter Sakon's Hideout
Sent in by Keruri
On the third day, go to the rock door in front of Sakon's hideout. Between six and seven o'clock, roll at the crack on the right side of the rock. Sometimes you land in the water if you don't hit it just right. But you can enter Sakon's hideout even if you haven't done all the other tasks to reunite Anju and Kafei. You won't be able to reunite them this way, though.
Pit in Sakon's Hideout
Sent in by Pipin
If you do the Sakon's Hideout trick, but roll left instead of right, you'll fall into a botomless pit.
Fierce Deity Outside
Sent in by kyle
I know you don't want glitches with lots of steps, but I figure lots of people want to do this. On the third day, go to Sakon's Hideout. You can actually roll through the right crack of the door! Do so and immediately push the control sick to the left. You will need to wear a mask (not keatons) and when you play as Kafei you can replace the mask Link is wearing with the FDM on the C-buttons! When you play as Link again you will instantly transform! Yay!
Epilepsy
Sent in by Dark Grapefruit
Do the "Fierce Deity outside" trick, only instead of switching out the Oni Mask, switch out the Giant's Mask. When control reverts to Link, the camera will zoom in and Link will look like he is having a seizure. It's really funny to watch, but it freezes your game.
The World "Is" Flat
Sent in by Steve
Something weird happened when I was playing Majoras Mask. It's a type of glitch and it will do no harm to the game. When I was at great bay at the place where you meet the giant turtle I did something strange and I fell off the planet. To do this you need to have the cow mask, rupees, ice arrows, and the max number of arrows you get in the game. First go to the milk bar at night, wear the cow mask so they let you in. Next, buy the special Lon Lon Milk (the one that gives you unlimited magic). Get the max number of arrows you can carry. Go to Great Bay to the place where you meet the turtle. Then equip your ice arrow and shoot the water. The water will then turn to ice, now you can check the water temple if you shoot an arrow far enough, just put on the deku mask and jump. If you go out to far you'll ethier fall off the planet and discover the world is flat. Or, you'll walk down to an invisible room - this part rarely happens.
Super Fast
Sent in by Merenwen
Hey peoples. Ok this is what you do. You have to go to the Milk Bar on the first night and do the concert rehersal with Toto. When that's over and Gorman gives you the Circus Leader's Mask, you should be able to run around like you have the Bunny Hood on. When you put the Bunny Hood on, however, you run even faster. Unfortunatly, it only works inside the bar and sometimes it doesn't even work but it's still pretty cool. Try it!
Invisible Fairy Sword
Sent in by Danny Chimitt
Go to Clock Town, then go to a postbox. Try to put an item in (not the fairy sword) then try to put in the Fairy Sword. If done correctly the Fairy Sword will be invisible. Note: you can't leave the area your in or it will turn become visible again.
Elaboration of Invisible Fairy Sword
Sent in by HyperLink
Two things on the Invisible Fairy Sword trick: First, you don't have to do anything with any other items. Just make sure your GF's sword is out when you deposit it into the mailbox. Secondly: You can do this with the bow and the hookshot as well, just remember to have the weapon out first. With the hookshot there is an interesting effect; the grapple will not be visible, nor will it grab anything. You can shoot it straight throught the wall.
Supernatural Kafei
Sent in by HyperLink
If you position yourself just below the bell in the laundry pool as a Zora, you can see a mistake in the programing. Zap the bell while you are below it, and that will knock the living snot out of it. The camera zooms over to the door, and all of a sudden Kafei will walk through...without opening the door! He will do the action, but the door stays shut. Then, a split second later, the door opens and shuts all by itself!
Sound Check
Sent in by HyperLink
While fooling around in Clock town, for some reason or other I hit pause. I absent-mindedly hit 'R' about three or four times to get to the mask subscreen. Then when I accidently hit 'Z', I noticed that the little sound that the game makes when you change subscreens was much, much, quieter. I hit 'R' again just to make sure, and yep, the sound when moving to the right was way louder. I had the invisible Great Fairy's Sword on when I had paused (it's on the list, I believe), but besides that, nothing special was armed or on or anything. Weird.
One Tough Rock
Sent in by HyperLink
Once again I was fooling around, but now just outside the entrance to Sakon's hideout. You know that rock that Kafei hides behind? Well, I had hoisted myself up onto the slab that was closest to the cliff edge. I walked to the edge of that slab that was facing the way into that little area (from Ikana Canyon). To make a long story short, I got stuck. I was just on the edge and Link wouldn't move anywhere. I tried moving and he would just turn. I tried flipping off and nothing happened. I finally got off just by rolling as a Zora, but I was freaked out for a moment (I was fooling around, but among other things, I had a loaded Giant's Wallet). Another messed up polygon in the programming.
The Power of the Music Box House
Sent in by DekuPrincess
This only happens sometimes, but if you are standing somewhere around the Music Box House and you play the Song of Double Time, when it gets to the white screen where the time symbols are circling around Link, the backround is blue. And when you play the Song of Soaring, when it gets to the part where there is that red screen, no music plays. I am not sure about the other songs, though.
Epona in Clock Town
Sent in by Epona
This is a very cool trick I found while playing Majora's Mask. You must have 2 game files and you must have gotten Epona in each of them, or it will not work. Now, in the 1st file, go to Clock Town and save and quit at the owl statue there. On the File Select Screen, choose the 2nd file and go to Milk Road. Call for Epona and mount her and ride her over to the owl statue there. Save and quit at the statue while your still on Epona (Z-target). Now, back at the File Select Screen, choose the 1st file again and you should start out in Clock Town from the owl statue riding Epona! You can go almost anywhere in the town with her (not in any shops though), including The Bomber's Hideout. HOWEVER, if you dismount and go inside a shop and come back out, she will be gone and you will have to do the trick again. Also, if you leave town while riding her, you will get stuck and have to restart. This is a very neat trick and it will work almost every time. If you got some extra time on your hands, try it and see!
Warp Anywhere With Epona
Sent in by Sidescroller
A more elaborate and cooler form of the "Epona in Clock Town" glitch that allows you to go anywhere there is an owl statue. You only need one file for this to work, and it might only work with cartridges. First, ride to Milk Road and approach the owl statue. Z-Target it a distance and don't face it directly. Talk to it while on Epona, and save. When you return to your game, if you are lucky and did it right, then you should instantly be back at Milk Road, on Epona, with no dialogue from the owl statue. If it worked, you should be able to use your C-Button items on Epona! Use the teleport song to go to any owl statue in the game, on Epona! Also, a strange bounus glitch, if you take out your Ocarina, but put it away, then you can control Epona independently from Link!
Unmovable Block
Sent in by Franklin
Once when I entered the Snow Head dungeon, at the entrance I beat all the baddies and tried to push the movable stone block into the stone hole beyond it, but instead walked past it and fell into the hole. Unfortunatly, Link isn't very tall and instead of climbing out you're forced to run around in circles.
Drowned Plant?
Sent in by theatrebrad
I was up on the cliffside of the Great Bay where you need to use the Magic Bean and Scarecrow to get the Heart Piece. I played the Song of Storms to water the plant but it didn't work. Then I tried playing it again later in the day and the plant popped. The seedling was gone, the hole was gone, and I couldn't get that darn Piece (until warping back to Day One and trying again).

Be Epona Without Link
Sent in by Jennifer
Okay, you have to have Epona and the Zora Mask. Ride to Milk Road, and have your Zora Mask equipped to any of the C-buttons. Save at Milk Road using the owl statue while you are on Epona. Quit the game, then start it again. As soon as the game starts push the C-button that your Zora Mask is on. You will be too big to ride your horse, then you can move Epona without Link! However, you can't leave milk road. You can also do this at the Southern Swamp. To return to your game, you have to reset it. Don't worry, it won't harm your game in any way. ;)
Amphibious Link
Sent in by Pikablu2
In Termina Field there is a chest in a small, shallow pool of water. Once you can dive for 5 seconds underwater swim to this chest as Link. Dive so that you go right in front of the chest before coming back up. The action button should temporarly change to "open". If you can hit it right when it says open, then Link will be stuck swimming underwater and you won't be able to move.
Take Link's Pictograph
Sent in by Slausher
Quite an easy glitch. First off, find any Gibdos or Re-deads and equip your pictobox. Observe the Gibdo through your pictobox and wait for the mommie to paralyse you. Once you are paralyzed, Link will be in your shot and you can take pictures of him! Even better, you can make Link do rotations to take pictographs of any angle you want. I just wonder...who's holding the Pictobox?
Frozen Crow
Sent in by Korii
Any Zelda fan will know about the Guay that circles Clock Town. Well, after it gives you the rupees and starts to fly away, whip out the hookshot and fire at it, but don't hit it. Don't exit the hookshot point of view until the Guay has flown away completely. When it flies away and is TOTALLY gone, exit the point of view; Link should be frozen in the position he was in while he was pointing the Hookshot at the Guay!
Slow-mo Death
Sent in by Stalfos King
O.K. I was playing Majora's Mask, and I got really mad and wanted to blow off some steam, so I put three bombs out all at once in the same spot, and when they blew up the game got slow for a minute. The best part is instead of hurting Link like three bombs, it only hurt him like one bomb would. When I did this glitch I was at the laundry pool near the spot Kafei comes out of the door and it was a gold N64 cartridge.
Floating Massacre
Sent in by madyson
When you start the game (you may want to slow down time for more fun), equip the ocarina, run out of South Clock Town, call Epona, and run into Milk Road and save on the owl statue WITHOUT PAUSING AT ANY POINT. EVER. Then come back to your file and run out into Termina. Run into the road between Termina and Southern Swamp and attract all the Chuchu's attention. They will all hop at Epona. Now pull out your Ocarina then press B. Link will hover in midair and Epona can run away (you control Epona). If you Z-Target a Chuchu then the view turns to Link's...you can't be knocked out of the air by the Chuchus but you can't hit them either. To remount Epona, get Epona running then press A to mount Epona.
Anyone Rides Epona
Sent in by Shade
Well first thing you will need is the Oddity to get Link to ride Epona in clocktown. Do the Oddity, but once you save at the statue on Epona on Milk Road (or southern swamp), you exit to the menu and choose the second file. The file you are about to start musn't be saved to a statue, also make sure that the First Day begins you transformed as a Zora, Deku, or Goron when you start the second file (reverse time as one of the transformed Links and restart the file and you will always begin a brand new day as long as you don't save or restart time in a different mask form). So now when your second file starts, you will start walking out of the Clock Tower door while on Epona as a Goron, Deku, or a Zora. Keep in mind that if you get off you can't get back on unless you're normal Link or unless you redo the glitch. You will also notice that when you're a Zora, while on Epona it will seem like you would be riding the older Epona from OoT as Adult Link.
Ride Epona as Feirce Deity Link
Sent in by Shade
On File 2, set it up so you glitched the game to be Feirce Deity on the Final Day in Clock Town. Then save to the statue there. After that, start File 1 and Save at Southern Swamp or the Milk Road statue on Epona. Return to File 2, and NOW YOU'RE ON EPONA!!! but the downside is that you can't get off or move anywhere. (You might, I haven't did it in a while, I don't remember) but I'm CERTAIN the game will freeze when you try to use the Bow.

I was fightong Majora in my new file for the 1st time (my idiot friend deleted it). I had seriously injured him, and there was a spiny thing there that blows up. For some reason, Majora hit it and it blew up. The explosion killed him. But it's only happened one time before.
No Time

This may be hard but give it a try. On the last 5 minutes of Day 3 go to the telescope room. Wait until it's three seconds left and use the telscope, then quickly exit and then quickly get back on. Repeat until the time has ended. If you did it right, there will be no time. And the moon? Well, use the telescope and look high in the sky. You can just see the moon high away in the sky. The down side is you can't go to pause screen. Just wait and you can use it again. It works! And you can laugh at the Skull Kid all day!

Postman's Glitch
Sent in by Andy (Edited by MagicFox)
Here's how to do the Postman's glitch. Go to the Postman's House in the Past with any sword (Andy says L1-2, but I tried it with L3 and it worked) AFTER the postman has left with the Poe Clock. Go up to the last three shelves against the wall. Use your sword to break them and they become parts of stairs with pressed floor switches. Push up on them and they turn to pots (and can hold items). Go up the scene and you appear in Rafton's house! Be careful!! I kept getting stuck on the wall, I don't know about Andy. This glitch smells distinctly of the Screen Skip Glitch of Link's Awakening so I WOULD NOT SAVE THE GAME!! Like I said, I was not able to check but if I know that Glitch it could seriously mess up the game.

In a linked game from OoA, play up until the Spool Swamp. Get the Floodgate Key, and open up the swamp. Then go back to the guy's house and talk to him. He'll say what Impa does at the beginning of the game, followed by what you hear when you first talk to him, followed by what he should be saying!

Pointless Stairs
Sent in by HyperLink
In the Postman's house, with the Power Bracelet armed, pull on the front side of any of the file cabinets. A staircase going down will appear in front of you, but it goes nowhere. The action and sound are executed, and the screen turns white for a second, but then, you end up back on the first floor. MagicFox: I have also found that if you have L2 Sword and up that if you stand a bit further back from the cabinets you can break them and reveal these stairs. However, if you are too close you will simply get the above "Postman's Glitch" trick. Just back up a little more and try again.
Transforming Nayru
Sent in by Gerudo Girl
This has only happened to me once and I have been trying to make it happen again, but none of my attempts have worked. After you beat OoA you can go to Nayru's House and she will be singing to Ralph and some animals. When I saw the glitch I had transported from the past, talked to Nayru, talked to Ralph, then cut down all the bushes with a Level 3 Sword with full life. After cutting down all the bushes then firing a beam from my sword again, Nayru had transformed into a small blue Rupee and blue fairy. I was unable to pick up these items. There are no guarantees that the instructions I gave will work. They haven't worked for me any time that I tried to recreate the event, but give it a try. It's safe and weird.
Glitchy Password Item
Sent in by The King of Red Lions
Important Note: This did damage my game cartridge! Well, first of all this glitch WILL freez your game. You need to have already have gotten the Biggoron Sword, after the sword is obtained just give Forae the same password you did to get the Biggoron Sword and a treasure chest should appear and when it is opened you will find that the item is all glitchy and when you use it it takes up both the a and b buton spaces (like the sword) and it swings (like a sword) but directly after you swing it the screen starts pixlating and freezes the game.
Nayru the Beast
Sent in by link's reincarnation
Ok, sometimes, this doesn't work, but after you beat Oracle of Ages, go to Nayru's house, and you will see her singing. Take out the shovel, and start diggin' up! If you dig up a rupee, heart, etc, Nayru will start to change from rupee to heart form! If you dig up a snake or beetle, she'll change from snake form to beetle form! AND SHE WILL CONTINUE TO SING! Try it. It's hillarious. (It might not work, though...)

Note from MagicFox: I was unable to get this glitch to work in my game, however, I posted this glitch up anyway because I believe it! Not only are the Oracle games the most glitched games EVER but because I have a glitch similar to this that I was able to get to work and is far more reliable - please refer below.

Nayru the Beast II
After you have completed the game, go to the screen where Nayru is seen singing. Position yourself directly below Nayru and warp to the past. Warp back to the present. Now, go over to the bushes closest to the house and slash the first two and the top most bush above the second one in any order that you like. DO NOT slash the other ones. Voila! While Nayru isn't exactly a beast in this one, she takes on two different forms which makes the above glitch very believable. I'm just sorry I couldn't get it to work. But, anyways, you can still talk to Nayru even in her new "forms" and she'll appear normal but the moment she is done talking, she will go back to her new form.

Great Fairy's Trap

This only happended once by mistake. They say TTW has no glitches. I found one. Go into the hole on Thorned Fairy Island. Get the quiver that lets you hold 60 arrows. Then when all the fairys that can heal you come out of the fountain, go to the center of the pond. Try cutting the fairys with your sword (I did this with the power fully restored to the Master Sword). If your lucky, you fall through the pond. You then end up laying in the beam of light that warps you up with a quarter of a heart gone.

Seagull Trick
Sent in by Darkblade Shiekah
Ever noticed those big ol' holes in some of the islands? This only works in the islands with holes in the visible areas. And the island must be one where it goes from day to night. Use a Hiyoi (Did I spell it right?) Pear, and fly down to the hole. This also works with places like the hole on Bomb Island, or the island where you get the Iron Boots. Try to fly through the hole. You will go under the island, and it will turn partially clear! Kind of interesting.
A Lot of Soup
Sent in by juanP
For this glitch you need 2 or more bottles. Well, when you obtain the bomb at the Pirate Ship and go to Outset Island. You find your grandma sick and you gotta give her an fairy in a bottle. Well, the trick is: when she gives you a bottle with soup in it, you can use it AND INMEDIATELY press start and select another empty bottle, so the bottle you just drank will remain with soup AND you will have another bottle with soup but just with a little. (Note that if you haven't ''finished'' the soup she gave you, she won't give you more, so doing this trick will gave you extra soup.) Note: you can do the same trick but when you use the soup you can press start and select ANY item like the boots or that leaf. Doing so will not waste soup and remain the same and WILL NOT take the item you used. When I discovered this glitch, I thought I was the first one using it but I checked GameFaqs and it was already there....:(
Secret Attack/Move

This needs very good timing if you lock onto an enemy and hit back wards and A just as the A button becomes a parry attack. You will do a backwards summersault with your sword pointing out from you and half way through you fly straight at the enemy's head. No extra damage. Just looks cool and I'm unsure what happens if you do the rolling parry attack.

Puppet Ganon Wall Trick
Sent in by Darth Citrus
I found this glitch awhile back. When you're fighting Puppet Ganon in his first form (the pig one), you'll notice that you can hookshot onto the wood shelves. If you time it so when he hits you you are just pulling yourself up, you'll actually get punched through the wall! You'll be in a black area facing the arena (where the boss is). The walls are transparent so you can still see him. Whats odd is that bats will go through the "wall" and attack you. Sometimes the Puppet's punch will hit the invisible "wall" and sometimes it won't. As far as I know, the Boomerang will still go through the "wall". To return to the arena, I believe you simply walk past the "wall".

Attack of the Clones!

I found this.... deadly glitch when torturing the pigs on Windfall Island. (Okay, I admit it, I occasionally torture the little piggies!) Anyway, it was quite simple, though it happened only once. I was hitting the snot out of a piggy near the water, so that was it wouldn't get mad and start killing me. I accidentally hit it when it was a little too far away from the water, and obviously it turned red and started hitting me. Just when I thought it couldn't get much worse (I then only had about three hearts left), a clone suddenly appeared out of nowhere!! Luckily, I got into a building before the pig clones could kill me. >: )

When Pigs Fly!
Sent in by Sarah
This is kind of a neat trick I discovered on accident one day. If you really hate those pigs on Outset Island, this is an enjoyable thing to do. First, make sure that you have gave a pig/pigs to the Abe and his family on Outset. Then (I'm not positive this will work with the little pigs. I never tried) when it grows up (you'll have to have the Power Braclets) go up to the fenced yard the pig is in. Stand on the fence and face towards the house so the pig is to Link's right, make sure the pig is close to the fence, and when the Action Icon says grab, do as it says. If you did this right, the pig should be hovering above Link and he isn't even holding the pig! Throw the pig over the cliff, it's fun. The pig shoots off twice as far as normal! This will work if you stand outside the fence also.

Ok, I was fighting the boss in Dragon Roost (For the third time) and I used my Grappling Hook and swung back and forth for a bit, and I landed on the platform. When the rocks fell on the boss, for some reason, Valoo fell on him too! When the boss pushed the rocks back up, he went right through Valoo and Valoo dissapeared! And It did 3 times more damage to the boss. I tried doing this again and it didn't work! I guess it was only a one time deal.
Freeze the Game
Sent in by peteyboo
All you need for tis glitch is Bombs or the Tigle Tuner. Gather all the pots on Windfall Island into one small circle and then drop a Bomb/Tingle Bomb in the middle. The game should freeze. (MagicFox: Untested and slightly unbelieved....)
Walking On Air
Sent in by johnathan
I was goofing around with the Tingle Tuner on Dragon Roost Island by using the Tigle Balloon. I was using the Hurricane Spin while the time ran out. After I stopped I could walk on air. This only happened once.
Constant Explosion
Sent in by pookiudnlkdmg
One time I was on Outset Island and I went inside Beetle's Ship Shop. I immediatly walked out and turned around. I threw three bombs on top of the ship. When they exploded there was a contant explosion (almost like there was a million bombs on top of it in a row). I only got this to happen once.
The Mirrored Compass
In all of my readings of Wind Waker articles and discussions with others, no one has ever noticed this particular glitch. While your compass on the ocean points perfectly to the North and South, it has a little problem defining East and West. Use the Wind Waker to change the winds to blow towards the east/right and point your boat in that direction. Your compass will be pointing to the west/left!

Zelda Collector's Edition

Paralyzed Link
Sent in by ChameleonLizard3
When I was playing OoT in the Zelda Collector's Edition (yay I got it!) I was in the Fire Temple in that room where it shows a "birds-eye" like view and there are lots of boulders. I accidentaly paralyzed link for about 5 seconds. I think I found out how to do it. it pretty easy. First, you go into that room and run into a boulder. 2nd: when you get knocked down, qiuckly start pressing the button that you assigned the arrows onto and press it at least 3 times. If done correctly, Link will not be able to move.
Double Magic Power
Sent in by ChameleonLizard3
Heeey dudes! I found an awesome glitch in Majora's Mask. When you turn it on, there will be a thing saying that there were errors while tranfering the game to the Cube. Well, thanks to this, I got double my magic power at the begining of the game. It happened only once, though. It was in the second file that I had JUST started when I got to the part where I got to the Great Fairy..... and when I got the Magic granted to me, the Magic kept on getting larger and larger until I had double Magic Power!!!!! It was pretty cool.
The Dog and His Water Ski
Sent in by ChameleonLizard3
Hello again! This is another glitch that I found! It's pretty funny. I was going to use the big Deku Flower in S. Clock Town when the dog jumped at me... and since I just jumped out of the Flower, I shoved the dog into the water. Then, Since the dog leapt at me while pushing it aside, the game locked up and then decided to do both thing at once. So there was the dog, running on the water at high speed while barking really fast. He was just looking like he was having a seziure LOL IT WAS HILARIOUS!!!
Where's the Dog?
Sent in by ChameleonLizard3
Hello again! This is Chameleon-Lizard3 here, and I found another glitch with the dog a while ago. LOL, instead of the dog having a siezure, he gets sucked into the Flower!! (In fact, I found that dog glitch with the water because I was trying to do this glitch again.) Well, you know the story. Right before the dog hits you, you go into the Flower. You won't be seeing him for a while.
No Fierce Deity's
Sent in by Franklin
As you all know Majora's Mask on the collection is all screwy. Well, when I got a bunch of stuff and the Fierce Deity's Mask, I saved. When I came back later I had everything EXCEPT the Fierce Deity's Mask. Does anyone have any idea why THIS game is so badly screwed up?
Answer to "No Fierce Diety's"
Sent in by ChameleonLizard3
Well, Franklin, the answer to that is Nintendo had a little trouble with the transferring errors. :Sigh: up on the mountain thing by the Goron Race, I tried the trick where you use your shield with a Powder Keg... the game froze up on me and I HAD TO START OVER! Oh well, I re-finished the game within a few hours lol.
Who's Up for Doggie Soccer?
Sent in by ChameleonLizard3
Hey LOL another dog glitch!! I found this along time ago, too, exept this is for OoT... in the market. Well, as the name says it all, you get to kick the dog... DOWN THE STAIRS!! You know the stairs that I'm talking about. The ones above the begging guy! You see it's simple. All you have to do is get the dog upstairs and then kick him down. He will be paralyzed if you did it right!!
Three Master Swords
Sent in by ChameleonLizard3
The name says it all. When Link gets the sword out of his hand there's another one, you know the thing.... but take it out before you go to fight Ganon... he will pull ANOTHER sword out while the Master Sword is in his hand! That's two swords and he still has one more in the sheath, so it's three Master Swords!

The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures

Tingle Goes Swimming
Sent in by martin foy
One day, I was playing Four Swords Adventures on the Lake Hylia level, and I pressed a switch and Force Gems appeared then Tingle came. Tingle tried to get the Force Gems, but I used the Fire Rod on him and he fell into water and never came back out. For the rest of level, I didn't see him! I thought: "Hooray! Tingle is dead!" I tried waiting ages for Tingle to come out of the water.

The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap

Trapped by Gorman
Sent in by S.C.Sprong
When Gorman, the wannabe landlord, stands at the 'cat site' in Hyrule Town and you are shrunken, you can pass him and get trapped behind him. The only solution is to restore a previously saved game.
Trapped by Gorman Answer

You can get out of the cat area when Gorman traps you by doing rolls as he is walking towards you. Just watch out for the Minish, because I think he can block you.
Bomb Glitch
Sent in by the_dubster
In the Smith's house, if you poke at the south wall with your sword you'll hear a sound indicating that you can set a bomb. But if you do the wall won't blow away but the sound will stop if you poke at it again. Exiting and re-entering the room will reset this glitch.
Orange Link
Sent in by Tyoka Bina
First, go get a Bottle Charm (I think Din's works best), and then drink it. Now, go hang around the Milkbar and as soon as Link starts flashing enter the Milkbar and you have yourself an orange Link. Try doing this before you beat the game. I think beating it causes Link just to flash orange. Link turns green again when you exit. This glitch is safe as far as I know.
Something Unusual
Sent in by Miss Chibi
You need Ezlo if you want to do this. Go to Link's house and run upstairs to Link's room. Once there, go to the bottom-left corner of the room. Ezlo will, out of nowhere, say that he senses something unusual. Could this be related to the Bomb Glitch or the Infinite Rupee Trick?

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Cannon Progress
Sent in by Jack
Important: This will ruin your game. Ok, the first time you enter the room with the cannon, save your game and restart. You will be in the room but you can't do anything. Try to warp and it says the guy is still in there but, what do you know!, he's no where to be found. If you try to leave the room it shows the guy and says you can't leave yet. The only way to correct this is to start a new game. As far as I know it works on bouth the GCN and Wii.
Action Replay Reveals Unseen Monsters
One of the few times that I will actually add something related to Action Replay codes or other game hacking devices to this page, simply because it's just kewl to see this.

Apparently, with the use of certain codes (and if anyone knows them, please give me an e-mail at webmaster@mcloz.net), two beta monsters can be revealed in the game. One of the monsters appears to be a gigantic, black metal-like creature. The monster swings its arms out to try to hit Link and if he does, the blow is so hard that it sends Link flying several feet. The second monster, and much more interesting, is a peculiar rock golem - composed and created from Gorons! The Gorons return to normal when they no longer sense Link's presence near them.

These monsters can be seen in this kewl youtube video (not associated with MCLoZ).

Legend of Zelda Oddity Form

Have a glitch you wish for me to post above with your name beside it? Well, here's your chance! Though I cannot promise it will always make it to this page, I will read it and think about it. If it does not show up DO NOT RESEND IT. Please, the glitch section is for glitches that were not performed under gameshark or any other game hacking device. However, under a few rare circumstances will I permit its being used. So, use your own judgement and decide. Your e-mail address is optional, but if you do give me it I will make sure to e-mail you and tell you if your Oddity did not make it to this page. All other forms are required, though. PLEASE NO CURSING. Thank you. Remember: You can submit an Oddity for a game that is not listed above. I do not add up game sections until there is an Oddity available for the game. Please!
