CURRENT NEWS - A new and very wonderful site has joined our long list, please be sure to visit TLoZ!! ~ Also, wonderful new fan submissions for the Zelda Oddities and then Mike's newest midi, the famous theme for the Gerudo Witches!! As good as his last one!! ~ On to more serious matters: It's New Years Eve!! Happy New Years Eve to everyone!! So, what does MagicFox have planned for New Years? Well, first, the affiliates list... I've been through a number of fan sites and they have all given me a new idea how to organize it, that to me, seems far fairer than my current system - alphabetize it! So, I believe I will do that. As many of you know, I don't care about how popular the site is, it is NOT going to the top of the list no matter how much they ask. But, for those later sites that are now forming, it's not fair to have them at the bottom of the list. ::Shrugs:: So now it will just depend on the name of your site. Also, Starfe!! I've got a job for you!! Expect an e-mail soon!! ~ Next... *sigh* I have been looking through my site, a project brought on when someone said they had happily spent two hours looking through the site and were very please with what they saw, and I noticed... some of the pages are in need of some major changes. MCLoZ is 3 years-old and a few of the pages' designs and contents... LOOK IT! CURRENT NEWS - Mike has sent in a great cause for me to open yet another great way for my fans to contribute!! ^_^ We all have our little talents and making midis is one of them. So, for those of you who have this wonderful ability, you can now send in your wonderful Zelda related Midis and I will place them up on MCLoZ! Head over to this new section to learn more about it. Not only do the Midis get placed on that page but also up on The MCLoZ Midi Player (unless the contributor does not want it to be placed there). I also realize that this may not be the best design for that page but so far, this was all I could come up with for only "one" midi. If it doesn't end up working out as more and more Midis are contributed then I will re-design the section!

COMMENTARY - Sorry, I would normally have more for you, but recently my sister has taken up to hogging the computer with the excuse "you get it all day when we're in school!" Grrrrrrrr, I'd like to thwack her on the head with a rickenbacker for REAL. That reminds me. I think I'm going to take down my current projects in the anime section. I'm just not working on them and I've forgotten one or two details. ...Hrrrm... unless I can manage to download all of Gundam Wing. ! Now there's a juicy and delicious idea ^_^. Oh! And, I know this is disturbing old dust but Starfe I gotta rub your nose in it. CURRENT NEWS - Yes, one of our older Affiliates, Forest Sages, has joined been moved up to Brother Site status. This is a fantastic site with a most excellent and hardworking WebMaster! Not to mention his is one of my favorite sites (Yes we WebMasters have our own "favorite sites" to visit) ~ Doh's Newest Article added up and Vile Scar has sumbitted one more Game Review before the end of this year (unless he intends on submitting another) ~ And our newest staff member Pluto has decided to try his own had at doing a Fan-Comic. ::Looks at Skull:: BTW, Skull, nobody else seems to get your comic ^_^ I frequently hear the words "it sucks" in thought to it's style. ::Pats him on the back:: Don't worry, none of them are as smart as me, you, or Starfe, so they wouldn't even be capable of grasping the genius in it.

COMMENTARY - ::Spins around:: I had an early Christmas at my house since my Dad is taking off before Christmas. Which means, I got all of my presents before any of you people :P. Now, get the luck in this: I get a PS2, I get a GBA and then I get Lord of the Rings Extended Version which I have been freaking about not having enough money to get, and then the 18th The Two Towers came out. :( I have REALLY been sad about that since I haven't got the money to go see it. So that has been depressing me for a while. But, yesterday, when I look closely at the "Extended Version" one of the stickers reads (and my parents didn't even spot this) a Free Movie Ticket to see The Two Towers in theaters December 18th!! ::Blinks:: WHAT THE HECK IS WITH THIS? Santa must have thought me a VERY VERY good girl this year. ::Dances around waving the movie ticket in the air:: I'm get to see The Two Towers!!!! ^_^ Well, I got all I wanted for Christmas. *Sigh* I hope the rest of you have as good a Christmas in two more days as I had yesterday. Oh, and I suppose you are wondering about the games I got for my GBA: "Breath of Fire II" and "Castlevania". Two very great games that I can't decide which to play first, so I've been playing both off and on. And I have already watched the extended version of Fellowship of the Ring - TWICE. ^_^ Though I have yet to check out all the awesome special features. Alright, I'm going now. I have game-age!

CURRENT NEWS - Alright, it is now out and everything, so I decided to open the section for The Four Swords. There's just one minor problem. I know jack-diddly about this game since I don't have a GBA (yet) or a game. *Sigh* So, I'm depending on a willing volunteer to step from out of the crowd of devoted fans and say they are interested in trying out for this section. So, if you are interested, please head over to the "Join the Castle Staff" page and sign up! ~ What is this? I already mentioned the peculiar coincidents with their info (Pluto and Mike) and now they both turn in the needed information so I could put them up on the Staff Members page. ::Stares at the two of them:: If I hadn't already talked to them and noticed the big difference in their attitude I would say that there was something going on there. ::Laughs:: But nah... not unless this "one person" is very very good at deceiving me... Which one which one... ::While she thinks, Blou - her dog - jumps into her lap and snatches two cookies off of her plate and rushes off as she reaches out for him, yelling, and dumps the rest of the cookies onto the floor:: Grrrrrr STUPID DOG!! I don't know which I like more, but I definitely know what I could do without!! *Note* Not everything that I mention has to happen as I say it does, but the incidents always match up with something in real life. CURRENT NEWS - Two new Staff Members received last night! Please welcome our new Anime Reviewer Pluto and, more importantly, please welcome Mike our new Majora's Mask Walkthrough Writer!! Both of them, coincidentally, have a few things to finish up with their projects before I place them up and both had a slight problem with the form that they need to fix before I place them up on the Staff Page. ::Looks at the two:: They both made the same error on that silly form. Hrrrm... I think I had better go describe the problem on the page before others make the same problem. *Sigh* Such is my life... ~ Yes I finally got around to adding up more TopSites. It's only three but every little bit helps. I'll continue surfing around for some more to join, but these three seem to be on every site. ::Shrugs:: Why not. ^_^ Let's hope we can make it to the top with these ones as well!!

COMMENTARY - Hmmm, I've been getting a few comments on what exactly do my Commentaries EVER have to do with Zelda and this site. *Sigh* I suppose it would be a common question for you newbies who don't know me very well. Alright, in my last design my updates were very free form, and at the same time I would give the updates, I would goof around a lot. However, in this design I wanted to make the updates a little bit more serious, because not everyone wanted to read my extremely long updates like that (updates that turned out to be longer than even these), however, a few of my fans LOVED my rantings, lame jokes, and silly little action plays that I would do. So I made this commentary section to be just that. My own little area for it all. However... (and you can go into the past updates archive to confirm this) while I was putting up this new design I unfortantely began to be plagued by second semester senior year studying and... I never really had time to do any of that and I have sorta... never went back to that. There is one brief moment that I did, and that is in the dated update November 15, 2002. No, this section has nothing to do with Zelda and was intended more for me to have a good time. Updating MCLoZ can be frequently boring so this makes it entertaining. I will focus on, in the near future, trying to return to being the MASTA of Lame Jokes. ::Shrugs:: We shall see.

COMMENTARY - ::Mutters:: My sister dumps a basket of dirty clothes (I'm trying to hand over my laudry duties to her) and we fight about her picking them up (she's being a pain again... though we were only joking around) and I try to step over it (IT'S NOT EVEN THAT HIGH) and... my right ankle twists painfully... So I have been away from the computer, in pain, first to go to the doctors', then the rest of the time swallowing IBProfen and staying off my foot while keeping it "elevated" as the doctor prescribed. How the HECK does keeping your foot "elevated" heal it? At any rate, I just followed the advice because I didn't feel like coming over to the computer and it hurts it being in a "sitting" position (not that you can really sit... it's just the way the leg is straight and the ankle... OH YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!). ::Pouts:: I didn't even get to watch any anime during that time. Today it is feeling a little better and I am dedicating myself once more to the computer. *Sigh* How does one twist their ankle just stepping over a basket... ::Hides her head in a brown paper bag::

MAXINE MAGICFOX FINALLY HAS A PS2!!! ::Dances around:: Though I am extremely mad at my aunt for having gotten it for me (she just go this loads of money for sueing people and before she was dirt poor so she REALLY needed this money - and I would NEVER ask someone outside my immediate family to buy me something this expensive) I am STILL EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! ...There's just one problem. ...I don't have any games or a memory card... ^_^ STILL I'M MORE THAN HALFWAY THERE. My parents have already pretty much made it clear that they will be returning a few things so that way they can get me at least one game and a memory card. They even told me to make the game list. ^_^ MAGICFOX IS GOING TO HAVE A VERY VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS. CURRENT NEWS - Yeah, I think it's time to stop waiting around for some staff member to come along and take this section off my hands. I'm just going to get done on it what I can. So, I did the simple task of completeing the OoA Trading System. ~ You will notice a crossed out link that now graces LoZ Related Articles "The Zelda Cosplay Gallery". This is the work in progress I mentioned before. I will have it up and going soon. ~ But before I do that I'm going to remodel the Zelda Gallery. Our frequent contributor Lilleah has complained that she wants up her official names for her pictures. I understand her plight but to do that I must remodel the page. *Sigh* More work to be done. Oh, and I have a few more pictures for her section that I will be adding when the new model is complete.

COMMENTARY - I have read the little clip about MCLoZ put up by Zelda Elements on their "Affiliates" page. "This site is easily one of the better ones to go to if you are ever stuck in a Zelda game, with help pages on almost all sections of the games. There are some unnecessary non-Zelda sections in there, but on the whole a **** good site." ::Grins widely:: Though I thought the "unnecessary" bit was wrong (I sent him an e-mail chewing him up about it, too, so I won't go on about it) I have to thank him. I thought my Staff would like to see the comment as well. I know you all can't see it but I have a really big silly grin on my face. CURRENT NEWS - Yeah! We have a new staff member!! Please welcome Link42 to the castle staff!! He (or is it she? <---I can dream) will be in charge of writing The Legend of Zelda Walkthrough. FINALLY!! He did a very good job with his 1st version. All he has to do is a fix a few things and then I will put it up for you all to see. It's only finished currently to the 1st Dungeon but don't worry, I'm sure he'll work on it frequently until it is done. ~ The Zelda Scrambler is, once again, closed ... temporarily or permanently rests on you shoulders. I haven't yet, but I will (as soon as I'm done loading this all up I will, so it probably is) change The Zelda Poll. This game was meant to be played on the Forums. So, I'm wondering if perhaps I should move it there and it be a lot more action paced or should I just keep it here and allow Maxine to be lazy and forget to change it every week. VOTE!!

CURRENT NEWS - For my long absense, all I have to show for it is a Game Review that I completed tonight. A very well-done Game Review by Vampiric Crow! ~ I'll update the Scrambler tomorrow, read my e-mail 100%, and really get to work on the new costume section.

COMMENTARY - *Sigh* Starfe 'rescued' me from my anime-splurge reminding me that I do have a website to update. And he has strictly told me that I can watch only four episodes for every 1 update that I complete on MCLoZ. And since I wanna find out what happens next to Kenshin in Rurouni Kenshin I decided to post this up. ::Mutters:: The greatest WebMaster, the MASTA of the Universe... being told what to do by a pathetic underling. *Sniffle* But I guess I had better hold to this deal, otherwise I might forget to update forever... and then I won't get to be the greatest WebMaster at all.

CURRENT NEWS - Yep, lots of awesome new stuff. However, instead of covering all of that above, I'm going to fill you in on something. Lilleah, devoted Zelda-Fan and contributor to the MCLoZ Fan-Art Gallery, has given me quite an interesting new idea I would like to try out. I have to work out a few kinks and bugs with the idea but... it might actually end up being something interesting. There a few fans out there in the world that are so extremely devoted to the Zelda series, that for Halloween or for some party or what not... they got dressed up as one of our favorite characters in the game. Lilleah submitted her own costume which I was going to throw in the Fan-Art Gallery, and if this idea doesn't kick off the ground as well as I would hope. I guess I'll just have to place them there. So, anyways, if you have any pictures of yourselves dressed up as a LoZ character (from any game) laying around at home, scan it and send it in! I don't care about quality. Just send them in with whatever name you want to go up with the pictures. Meanwhile, I'll be working on getting that page set up.
