CURRENT NEWS - ::Swears:: That's terrific!! *Sigh* Apparently Sangokyu was not the only one that I accidently "forgot about". I feel that I owe a rather very formal apology to one Toan who I promised to be part of the MCLoZ Staffing community and accidently forgot about as I had Sangokyu, however, he decided not to be as forgiving and I completely understand. Yes, Toan, you have every right to be angry with me. I'm sorry.

That makes it a list of two people so far that I have forgotten. ::Looks to everyone else:: Alright, who's next? If I have promised someone else that I would make them part of the MCLoZ community and have not yet met up with that promise, please e-mail me. As it currently stands, I don't believe there should be another coming to the staff except a member named Tiger who is getting his stuff together and turned in his game review just the other day. If there is another, before you write that strongly worded e-mail to me, just know that I am truly sorry for what I have done and I hope you will forgive me, and I sincerly hope Toan changes his mind, though, looking at the e-mail, I don't think he will - though I appreciate the fact that he did not scream or curse in it. Kudos out to him.

Toan was meant to be our OoT Walkthrough Writer before I placed his walkthrough in my second account along with Sangokyu's due to the size and completely forgot about it. *Sigh* I know, I can apologize all I want but that does not make up for my careless and rediculous mistake.

COMMENTARY - *Sigh* You know, the more and more I progress with this site and continue to make mistakes, the more and more I feel I should just up and go and build a MagicFox Wall of Shame. Already it would be filled with quite a few shameful things I've done in the past - one not only including what I've done to Toan, but also what I've done to Pluto (inside thing) as well as a few others. And I find more often than not it's my bad memory and short temper that's responsible for it all. *Sigh* But in the end... all I have to say for myself is that, under this fox guise, I am human and no human is perfect.

It is entirely an optional thing I chose. ::Screams as someone throws something at her and misses:: No no no. It's a favor for a friend!! Our host Josh is getting into the hosting biz again and he makes some extra cash with the pop-up service as well as offering the hosting. New hosts are "required" to have it. However, old hosts he simply asked it as an optional thing. Since we owe him so much, I decided to say yes. It is a VERY easy going Pop-up. CURRENT NEWS - Ack!! *Anime fall* Ok, ok... let's get this thing straight. For now on, when I e-mail you guys, I will tell you what to put and ONLY put in the Updates box. If you make a update yourself for "News" put None. (Like I did above)

In the News box, ONLY site and Zelda material go. See this message. This applies to something about the site. So, I'm putting it here.

In the Commentary box: YOU CAN PUT ANYTHING YOU WANT!! Create a whole skit or a play or whatever. Goof off or be serious. As long as you follow my rules: no cursing, no images, no advertising your sites, no flaming. You can even do a copy of the "News" section with your own little silliness wrapped in it since you couldn't before.

If you don't have anything to put in a box put None. Also: Remember you must have something either in Updates and/or in News to be able to post ::looks over at Angel:: So your earlier post was breaking rules. No more of that ^_^

You MUST have a Header (the title of the Updates - in my case "To The Staff... The Rules Again...") And it MUST have all first letters of a word capitalized. This is WRONG: "to the Staff... the Rules again..."

Also, in talking with some of you, I have to wonder if you guys realize that you do have the option of modifying your own updates rather than waiting for Maxine to come to the rescue. You just click the "Modify News" link. There you can edit and delete as much as you want.

COMMENTARY - Ok, ok, ok. I'm calm, I'm cool. ^_^ Let's just keep trying, and I'm trying to be very lax here. However, I hope you all understand that I am a perfectionist and to see things done wrong drives me nuts. It's enough to see wrong grammar and spelling in each post, let's not add even more to the mix. I'm trying. I really am. I didn't get on to Angel about her previous post before (and I sent her at least three e-mails today), not one mentioning it. CURRENT NEWS - Well, the Palace of The Four Sword walkthrough is up. If you are stuck on it, or you can't beat a boss, check it out!
I tried to make it as easy as possible.For those of you who don't know what it is, Palace of the Four Sword is the palace from the multiplayer game in the GBA LTTP remake. You need to beat Ganon and Vaati to open this dungeon up on the Pyramid of Power. In the dungeon contains the For Sword, a sword that splits the user into four people.

COMMENTARY - I hope this helps some people, becuase this dungeon is the hardest in the game! (Based on bosses and puzzles, not length)

CURRENT NEWS - I had not known the LttP Dungeon to be called "Palace of the Four Sword" which is "duh" to me since I had read Sangokyu's walkthrough before. So, just bash me on the head and it might knock a few more things into place. Also, due to Sangokyu's wonderful tribute to Zelda News yesterday I invited him to be a News Reporter and he agreed to it. There is one other bit to announce, but that's Sangokyu's territory. You just go ahead and hunt for it. I'm sure you'll catch on.

COMMENTARY - *Sigh* Yeah, since the name was "Sango" I mistook him for being a girl. :\ I can dream can't I? ::Shakes her head:: Oh well, I guess me and Angel will continue to remain the only girls of the staff. ((For those that are not familiar with the name Sango, in the anime Inuyasha it is the name of a rather awesome girl character. But anyway, I'm a cool Zelda fan. I've almost beaten them all. (Except the CD-I ones) I currently own Oracle of Seasons, LTTP, Link's Awakening, and Majora's Mask. I've all of those except Majora. I really dislike that water dungeon. You can expect dry, tasteless humor from me. Or just really cheesy jokes.

CURRENT NEWS - It has been annouced that the new Zelda game, "The Wind Waker", will have two other Zelda games with it! If you pre-order Wind Waker, you can get a disc containg two games. A remake of Oot, and a new game, the Master Quest. The Oot remake will feature much better graphics and better gameplay. The Master Quest is a game never released before in Japan or the US. Originally developed for the 64DD, Master Quest is basically Oot with harder puzzles, bigger dungeons, and everything else for an overall new experiance! Only 100,000 copies of this bonus disc will be in America, so get your copies fast!

COMMENTARY - Oh, if I only had a Gamecube, I would be first in line for this disc! Why did I have to get an Xbox instead of a Gamecube. Ugh... Yes, this is my first official post.

CURRENT NEWS - Ok, the Oddities and the Updating the Poll was intended for my things to do today. However, what was not intended was for me to suddenly get up the urge to decide to fix the scroller on TBZF. I had actually meant to do Sangokyu's walkthrough ((I notice neither of them said hi, yet, *sigh*)) but while I was waiting for my sister's bus to come and to see her off, I pulled up the site and then that document and just began fiddling around with it... and I didn't close it when the bus left. Anyways, it's not a big change, really. I just took out that pathetic scroller. It was giving me a lot of problems and if it's giving me probs I know it's giving some of you probs (besides, if I can't play around with my own site I don't want it! ^_^ I make my site for me as much as I do for you guys). So, though it means more times you have to click "next" at least you can be sure of getting to see ALL of the pictures. I will be updating Majora's Mask with this too and I'm taking down the other two galleries (don't worry, I'm going to be opening a Wind Waker section so all of those pictures will be added there along with even more). However, your votes on the poll will determine exactly how fast I actually get to it. I need some feedback, guys, so VOTE! ^_^ One project (on this list) to me is as good as the other.

COMMENTARY - Yeah yeah. This is Starfe's first commentary, Id like to start right out and tell you all that Max doesnt really work. Shes always saying stuff like "lgz" and "Im busy with D&D and stuff" and Im working my... Fingers off. You people can expect to hear a lot from me, because I looooove to talk and rant about how great I am. This thing gives me an excuse to WORK.. I mean... Work more... Cause I do all the work anyway... Yeah.... Oh and my cat is much cooler then Max's cat. It ownz her. Starfe out.

UPDATES MADE - *New Updating System

CURRENT NEWS - Alright!! Whooo!! If this all goes down just fine, my wonderful and devoted fans of MCLoZ will finally be able to hear all of the staff besides just MagicFox the vixen WebMaster. This is my first post on the new updating system. I'm HOPING that I experience no last minute bugs. Now, you will not (maybe I should say, should not) be hearing from the rest of the staff until tomorrow. I asked that of them just to let me make sure everything works just fine. *Sigh* and to save me any extra work for tomorrow when I find even more bugs because of this or that. Anyways, I sent all my staff an e-mail announcing this new thing, how they work it and what they need to send me in order to do this. ::Glares at them:: I suggest you check your e-mail boxes!

COMMENTARY - *Sigh* This mean I must now share my infinite power :(. Darn. Oh well. These guys deserve it. There's only a few things that I had to change with this program btw. You will now see the Updater's name in the bottom corner of the update and *sigh* because of the program itself being somewhat limited in capabilities I cannot change the date to say "Part 2: 1/19/03" or anything like that. It's all going to be dated the same. ::Shrugs:: Small thing barely worth mentioning. I will try to make it so that only one day's set of updates are on the front page but then... I don't even know how frequently everyone will post, so I may just continue on with keeping it at a minimum. I guess we'll have to see. I'm also making it now to where you're not going to have so much posted by me. We all have to share the page length ^_^ so I'm going to cut down on chatter to give them room. So, I guess that means that I must shut up now and just post this. Well, Tata!!

CURRENT NEWS - *Sigh* I'm going to have to do another little disappearing act for perhaps a day or so. I dunno. I've got a bit to think out. However, if I can indeed think it out properly, my Staff Members will (finally) be able to at least post up their own updates... well... I will still be doing the work however they can make the announcement themselves that it is up. And, therefore, they will be able to say "hello" to all of you folks. ;) Much thanks goes out to Doh for making this all possible. Anyways, it will just be a Trial thing. If this starts to not work out at all I will have no problem with taking the whole thing down and continuing with my present course of updating. The update layout shouldn't change too drastically, however, a few things will have to be altered. I'll be playing around with it until I'm sure EVERYTHING is perfect. I'm probably making the announcement too early because if in the end I decide that this is just NOT worth the trouble I'm not going to change it at all, but I think I owe it to my staff to at least put my best foot forward. ::Spins around:: So, wish me luck!

If most of you are asking "why" this might be a problem, I'm trying to do this without giving my account information away. Sorry, I love my staff dearly and I appreciate their efforts, but I've made a few enemies in the past and well, I'm not going to risk anything. I love MCLoZ, I have spent three years of hard work on it and I'm not going to risk it all just because of some staff member who begins to think he can overmaster MagicFox and decides to tear the site down. Nuh uh, don't think so buddies. Now, just let me work with this program, ask Doh a few more things, learn how it all goes, figure out a slightly different layout, then teach my staff how to do it all and it should all be done!! However, my staff will be severly limited to the type of stuff they put up in news and commentary: no cursing, no flaming, no spamming, no images, keeping it all nice and neat, and well... just doing it all MagicFox style. I remember the one time when I had a seperate "staff update" page and ::shudders:: that page was a mess by the end of it all. That's NOT going to happen again. And this time since I will also be making updates via that program I will be able to EDIT anything I find does not go and then expect me to bite a few fingers afterwards.

Also, on another note to my staff, and since I had to pull teeth just to get you guys to respond to the e-mail I'll just make the accouncement here, if you would like to include more categories on your list (i.e. do a "likes" or "dislikes" or "favorite authors" or whatever) send me the information and I will. I'm just going to be far more lax on this stuff than I am. That is your guys' page and you can do whatever you want with it.

CURRENT NEWS - Lots of lovely and interesting stuff, yes? ^_^ I'm very happy with it all. Oh and of course DON'T FORGET TO VISIT OUR NEW FORUMS!!! ~ On a more important matter, something new and wonderful is being produced by one of the webmasters of TLoZ. Zelda WebMasters. A site for all Zelda WebMasters to post news and well, just to generally help each other out. Though I doubt that I will be a frequent visitor, I still encourage the production of the site and was asked to make an update about it here and will be posting up the button to it just as soon as they get it up. It is going to be GREAT! At least... we all hope it will. It's not up yet but I'm sure it soon will be.

COMMENTARY - Picture this. Me sitting on the couch. Papers and notebooks strewn all over it, on the table and on the floor. Me sitting in a tiny little corner of the couch, my clipboard in my lap, a pencil in my mouth while I lean over busily writing out notes in my notebook. My music blaring and a large cup of pepsi within hand reach. ^_^ BLISS!!! God it was enjoyable. *Sigh* Which do I like more... updating MCLoZ or working on my stories. God that's a tough choice. Anyways, after four and a half days of that... my brain is actually now fried and I'm afraid that I now need a break from my break ^_^. So, I'm back. Though, I plan on now spending less time updating MCLoZ, though I still promise the traditional two updates a week at the very least. Oh and Starfe... ^_^ Are you gonna say you missed me again? You pretty much did that when you said you kept messing up by coming here and realizing that there wouldn't be any updates. Awwww, see, now look who owns who ::laughs::. CURRENT NEWS - I have temporarily closed off the "Join the Staff" section and will not be accepting any staff requests until I have completely revamped the "Meet the Staff" page. ~ Please forgive me, those that have recently submitted your information to qualify you to join the staff. I am still reading over most of it. I will e-mail you as soon as I have read it all and decided whether to accept you or not. ~ However, most of this stuff will have to wait, unfortunately... well, in my case fortunately. I am taking a BREAK... a much deserved one, I believe as well as Mike at the very least. I will be away from everything to do with MCLoZ for 1 full week. No e-mail checking, no site checking, no forums chatting, and if I do get on AIM and MSN at all it will be only on my private messages and I REFUSE to chat about MCLoZ, I really seriously doubt that I will be on. The why is down below in commentary.

COMMENTARY - "Why is MagicFox leaving for 1 week?" Because though I love MCLoZ and my staff and my wonderful viewers/devoted fans, I first and foremost love my writing. However, due to my recent website success I'm afraid my writing has been put on the back burner. This will not do. I have always been a writer and do plan on making a career out of it, but MCLoZ is only a leisure project. I plan on really getting back down to my writing. ::Laughs:: In fact, the first day will probably be spent reading my notes for the story that I plan to work on. I remember the story outline but how the heck I planned the chapters is beyond me, anymore. Thank goodness I make very thorough notes of this stuff. The only times I will really be on the computer at all is to type up a few things so that way I can edit them more thoroughly. Pencil and paper can be somewhat limited, but the computer can make spaces where there wasn't any before, I can insert things mid-sentence, and all that comes out in a very neat type that I can set as well as double-space it all so that way I can further jot in notes... ::laughs:: besides, I'm afraid I haven't got very good handwriting and find often that I can't read it myself. My poor teachers of old. How did the grade my homework? Uhh, I'm getting off topic here. Anyways, I just have quite a bit of work that I would like to get back down to and I really don't want to worry about the site for a while. Don't worry, I will return the 19th or maybe even a day or two ahead of time. I at least want to take advantage of the times my family are out of the house and weakends very rarely allows for that, so we'll see. Until then, Tata!! Oh and... I've known what to do I've just never bothered to do it. ~ Next, you cannot see this but if you have a resolution higher than 800x600 (the sites' res) then it's alright, you should definitely be able to see MCLoZ as it is meant - no more stretched out screen. CURRENT NEWS - *Yawn* I don't feel like going through all of this stuff. It's pretty self-explanatory. Yeah, I'm being lgz. ~ Finally it looks like Pluto's stuff will be added now ^_^ he has finally sent in pictures that actually work. ~ Next item of important business. Pikminlink, contributor to The Zelda Cosplay Gallery has given me a very good idea to try out that will take a while for me to figure out how to design. But, how about I allow people to submit comments along with their pictures of their wonderful costumes? *Sigh* My brain really must have been turned off not to even think of that. This idea belongs to Pikminlink 100% and we should all give him a round of applause for thinking it up! - *Sigh* I love my fans, they think of things I don't and are kind enough to submit their ideas. So, anyways, I will be working on that as well as renovating certain pages and ... I'm beginning to think I'm going to close off that form for joining the staff. I'm getting WAY too many e-mails and ... well, to be honest I'm getting sick of answering them all. I'm spending more time doing that than actually spending time with the other letters from my fans as well as updating the site and then getting on my screen names. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

COMMENTARY - I have finally gotten the change to play the holy grail of all video games. Super Smash Bros. Melee!! ::Drools:: Storm had all of the characters unlocked as well as most of the 'battlefields'. We unloced two just fighting each other ^_^ and I think he mentioned every 50 battles it unlocks a new one. ::Shrugs:: I can't remember exactly but for those that do know. I believe there were only three more to get in his game when I left. I played nearly all of the characters but I have to admit the one that best suited me was Sheik (Zelda was ok at the same time but she's too slow). I also liked the character Roy and Young Link. *Snickers* He might have beat the heck out of me during the first few hours I was there but during the last half of the day I was starting to beat him with Sheik. Not big wins *sigh* only by twos and all, but considering that it was my first time with the controller and even seeing the game and trying to learn all the controls, I think I did pretty good. We also played a number of other games but the only other besides SSBM that's worth mention is Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. *Sigh* Though, he still ... made cream cheese out of me with that game ::mutters:: only because I didn't know how the worlds went. Still, awesome day. Awesome day playing from 12:00 am - 8 pm, with only the small break for lunch. It was sweeeeet.

COMMENTARY - Here's my New Years' Resolution for MCLoZ that I do hope will be carried out, unlike my real Resolutions, I hope to continue to work hard on MCLoZ and bring it up to the top with those big name sites like Ganon's Tower and be able to show them up by making my site far more fan-friendly than any other site currently going. I'm sure many of you are already convinced that MCLoZ is but... ::shrugs:: I'm rather hard on myself so I'm not that convinced! And I hope to actually get some good News Reporters so that way MCLoZ can also become one of the top in reporting grand new News in the Zelda world before those other sites can beat us to it. *Sigh* That one's probably going to be like many other Resolutions... long forgotten and left in the dust.
