Testing, testing... Is this thing on?
May 31, 2005, 7:45 AM EST by NekoOtaku
Updates: In case you haven't noticed yet, I'm the new staff member, NekoOtaku. I'm the "official" Majora's Mask walkthrough writer. The first section will be here soon!

Commentary: Well, I'm here! The new staff member. Yeah, Majora's Mask walkthrough writer. Majora's Mask is easy if you know what to do. Which is the point of the walkthrough. To tell you what to do. Yes.
I guess I'll get the first part of the walkthrough done soon. Gah, I'm bored. Maybe I'll go work on the walkthrough now.
And as far as anime goes, ha! Neon Genesis Evangelion?! Pfft. I have... wait... I have nothing. -_-

Oooh, Hellsing... that's going to be a tough one to beat.
May 31, 2005, 7:39 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: ^_^ First news of the day! New Staff Member! Please welcome NekoOtaku to the staff. She's a walkthrough writer and will be taking care of Majora's Mask walkthrough first. Actually, I think she's even the youngest ever on the staff, beating even me by a year. She's thirteen (I was fourteen when I took my HTML coding class and started Midnight Castle). ^_^ Well, she does good work, and she was quite fast. I hope it continues. ~ In other news, affiliate Zelda Connection has received a new domain address and are now http://zeldaconnection.net. And be sure to visit them on June 1st for their gand reopening and a chatroom party celebrating both the site and Sheena's June 3rd birthday! (My birthday's on June 2nd but... -_- I don't have anything special planned. Oh well....)

Edit: ^_^ Whoops, my apologies to Neko who I assumed was a girl from the name "Neko" which has always been a girl's name when I ran across it. Sorry. Neko-chan is a Neko-kun. Gomen, Neko!!

Commentary: Oh... Hellsing... niiiice. ^_^ However, I meet your Hellsing and beat it with NEON GENESIS EVANGELION!! BOOYAAA!! Top that! ;) And if you don't think it beats it, meh, don't make me pull out a picture of Rei for you, Dethl. I know your guys' attraction for her. MWHAHAHAHA!! FEAR ME!!! (Wait... or does it count that I've got it on my computer and not my TV... o_O urk...)

Releasing Control Arts Restriction to Level One....
May 29, 2005, 9:20 PM EST by Dethl'sShadow
Updates: Activating the Cromwell Initiative!

The "Usable Items" category of the Minish Cap's Items guide now has pictures.

Commentary: Bwahahahahahaha....I meet your Princess Mononoke with the unparalleled awesomeness of Hellsing.

Is it just me, or is Vaati's transformations into various shadowy creatures similar to Alucard's Hellhound thing?

Zelda News Galore... and I didn't fight to get it all to fit!
May 29, 2005, 2:01 PM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: First, the new issue of Nintendo Power has released a new official art for Twilight Princess, which you can now view in the Twilight Princess art gallery. ~ And the same magazine features a new interview with Satoru Takizawa, the art director of Twilight Princess. You can read it on Zelda Legends. ~ And last but not least, Twilight Princess wins two of GameSpot's Awards. Best Action Adventure Game and Best of Show. w00t!

Commentary: I'll not mention the fact that I think Twilight Princess is starting to become way overhyped or the fact that I'd rather have seen Wind Waker graphics. Or the fact that you guys are probably up for a big let down. Or that it seems more and more this game is catoring to the casual gamer.

Nope ^_^ Instead, I'll mention the fact that tomorrow I go back to work and... updates will once again slow on MCLoZ o_O. My, I'm just a very fun person today, huh?

By the way, I want to thank everyone who has so far requested to be on the staff. I think I've gotten more applications in this last week alone than I have for the last two months. Wah! I can't wait to read your guys' work. ^_^ and remember, I'm still taking applications, everyone!!

It's not easy posting so much info in such a tiny space!
May 26, 2005, 12:50 PM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: The rumor of late is that in a new issue of Game Informer, they feature an Interview with Aonuma. In it, Aonuma talks about Zelda for DS. It seems that it might not be a Four Swords game at all, and that the makers are not going to be Capcom, but Nintendo themselves. Whether this is absolutely true or misconstrued information, only time will tell. Maybe he was simply talking about a completely new game for Zelda DS.

There is also a new Interview posted on Armchair Empire. Aonuma talks some more about Twilight Princess. (I haven't read it myself just yet, but it looks like an interesting read.)

Commentary: o_O That was interesting trying to get the DS info and this new interview into the same info glob in the News Menu. I had to rewrite that about six times to get it all to fit. Hahaha. Anyways, as you can see, I changed the Event 2 image from reading "Four Swords DS" to just "Zelda for DS (?)". Since it's not all that confirmed yet, and since I really like the images, I'm going to keep it all the same until more things are revealed about it. As many times Aonuma talked about a Four Swords DS I'm going to be rather surprised if one isn't released. ::Shrugs::

FLCL you say? Well, I have Princess Mononoke! Ha! Top that!
May 25, 2005, 11:05 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: And for today's update, I actually managed to do something today LOL. I have added up all the Secret Rupee Locations for the Legend of Zelda section. ^_^ There's a lot of them, so be sure to check them out, some might even surprise you. LOL.

Commentary: And while Dethl cotents himself watching FLCL, I have Princess Mononoke playing on my PS2 system beside me. Hahaha, welcome to MCLoZ, the society of slackers and anime watchers. ^_^

More!
May 24, 2005, 4:11 PM EST by Dethl'sShadow
Updates: A brand-spankin'-new Wind Crests guide, AND a Fairy Fountain guide are now availible in the Minishe Cap section.

Commentary: No comment. Just doin' my job and watchin' FLCL.

Looking for staff members!
May 24, 2005, 10:31 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: I updated the Meet the Staff and Join the Staff pages. ^_^ Darktl is saddly departing from us, so The Minish Cap walkthrough is once again open for anyone that would like to attempt to take it up and write it. To be a staff member, you must be willing to submit in high quality material on a weekly basis. If you think you have what it takes, fill out the form on the Join the Staff page and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Commentary: Meh, I get a lot of requests for Article Writers, but never walkthrough writers which is what I need the most. *Sigh*

^_^ I managed to also get up a tiny section for past staff members. Now, I know, in the past MCLoZ has had a LOT of staff members. That section is only for those... exceptionals who I'll always be indebted to. I also added a little text under Dethl's name that he might be interested in reading. ;)

Irony comes in the oddest places... including manga...
May 23, 2005, 12:11 PM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: Today's update is ::drumroll:: Link's Infinite List of Torture! Tada! Items 189-195 have been submitted by martin foy, Linkdude11, supp, Cody, and Emma.

And that's it... for now...

Commentary: Tiny Manga spoiler impending for Tsubasa.

So, I didn't really think the lack of one eye would affect me that much. Sure, I knew my range of vision would be lacking on the left side, but other than that, what else would I miss while it's healing? Haha... so far, the tally is, I burnt myself pulling something from the oven, dumped two cans of pepsi, hit my sister when I swatted at her playfully, and... ran into a wall... (don't ask what I was doing.) Hahaha... oh wow... what's going on? I didn't really think much about it until I bought Tsubasa manga 5 the other night. >_> What the heck are the odds that a chapter would reveal poor Syaoran is blind in his right eye and that he has a lot of problems with depth perception. *Thonk* Somehow I think God enjoys laughing at me. I never really "thought" about it. I knew something was up. My equalibrium is often unbalanced, and sure I know I won't be able to see that great but I didn't really think that it also affected depth perception until I read that and realized how true it was. Still... I just never "knew" that you needed both eyes to affectively perceive depths.

Meh ^_^ my sisters busted out laughing at me. They all found it fairly obvious and I guess it kinda was. *Sigh* They made me put a dollar in our Blonde Moments Jar. Hahaha. Yeah... even a brunnet has those, too. I blame it on my genes and the fact that both my sisters are blondes. They are contaminating me.

Now back to our regularly scheduled program.
May 21, 2005, 5:03 PM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: Zelda Secrets and Oddities - Peculiar Game Glitches *LoZ: "Slow Motion" by Franklin | LA: "What's Going On?" by Adept of Lunord | OoT "Below the Well - More" by Adept of Lunord and "Invisible Room" by Chel | MM "Slow-mo Death" by Stalfos King

Commentary: Now that E3 is over, we can get back to regularly updating the site with all the kewl and pointless stuff that use to flood all our updates before. And I start by clearing my e-mail box. Hopefully I will also get around to some more important things as well (^_^; such as a walkthrough *sigh*). Well, talk to you later, guys.

Special Events images updated
May 20, 2005, 10:02 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: The Twilight Princess Release Date image in the Special Events image display has been updated to correspond with the news from E3. You will also notice the disappearance of one Event Image.

The Australian Contest is now over. They are not taking any more votes. Winners will be announced on the 25th! Continue to visit http://nintendo.com.au/zeldamonth for the announcement of the winner.

Commentary: And after today, the Special Events images will go back down to two, and probably stay that way until around July unless something unexpected pops up. (Why July? Camp Hyrule of course. Yeah, thought I might post an early remind what with summer coming and all. LOL.)

Well, have fun enjoying the last day of E3 everyone!! Remember to keep visiting us for any late-breaking news.

Now that my connection is working and not being prissy...
May 19, 2005, 2:18 PM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: I have now added up the E3 Twilight Princess Trailer to the Media Trailers and Videos page. ^_^; So... if you haven't downloaded it yet (doubtful) you can now get it off MCLoZ instead of fighting with Nintendo's busy servers.

Commentary: I couldn't upload it yesterday because the connection was being prissy. T-T Everything was going so slow for MagicFox-sama. But now it works... when it's too late anyway. Who HASN'T downloaded it? -_- ::Smashes her computer with a hammer::

So... what is this Zelda Revolution and is it what today's big event is?
May 19, 2005, 9:30 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: Updated the Key Features again for Twilight Princess gaming section.

Commentary: Yesterday there was a lot of rumor that Nintendo is cooking something up to be announced today or something. And then there's been the rumor of this Zelda Revolution going around. I wonder if the two are connected.

Update: Ok, this really has very little to do with much else but it's in response to my funny post yesterday. I was trying to find the Japanese title for Twilight Princess and made my own vain attempt. I chose either Tasogare-Hime or what would probably be more accurate Tasogare no Hime.

^_^ I'm please to announce my second attempt wasn't that far off. The name is ::drumroll:: Tasogare no Himegimi. ...I've never seen "gimi" attached to Hime like that and have no idea what it means. ;) It's going to lead me to some research but MWHAHAHAHA. I'm glad my knowledge of Japanese brought me that close. ^_^ I'm better than I thought I was.

I make up a page and just as soon I have to update it.
May 18, 2005, 4:10 PM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: Update: And the same page is once more updated again... within the same hour. LOL.

Hahaha.... well... some of you may have noticed a "Key Features" page that has been on the Twilight Princess game section for a while now. I haven't had time to announce it and I no sooner check around other sites that I notice Zelda Universe has returned and they had a few things posted that I missed.

Commentary: *Sigh* I really wish right now that I have played TWW. You guys seem to be picking on things and making speculations based on others that I'm completely missing. I kinda feel left out, and I feel even worse that I can't join in as a Webmaster is suppose to. ^_~ You guys will forgive me, right?

Now, Zelda Universe has stated that the game will be for Nintendo Revolution (which I haven't even had time to read news up on *sniffle* I don't even know what it looks like yet). I haven't seen any other reference to that so I chose not to post that up until I see it confirmed in another place.

MCLoZ changed to reflect the new Zelda title.
May 18, 2005, 10:30 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: *Phew* ::Swipes her head:: All finished! Now instead of the constant references to "Zelda Realistic" around the site, you will now see the new game title "Twilight Princess." Meh... next on my agenda... find all the sceens that have been released so far and try to get them up.

Commentary: I hope you appreciate all that I'm doing for you guys. I have a splitting headache now and my eye is hurting from looking at this screen. :P

Twilight Princess.... I wonder what the Japanese of the title is. If someone knows, will they send it in? My guess... Tasogare is a word for "twilight" I've run into before. ... Tasogare Hime... errr... or maybe Tasogare no Hime... Then again, I could be totally and completely off. ^_^ I'm sure a few of my buddies though will enjoy this rather lame attempt. Haha.

While many of you are still fighting about the name thing.
May 17, 2005, 6:47 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: I have everything all set up for E3 turn out. I know I haven't been doing the best with keeping up with the screens and all, but I will do my very best for E3. I might not get the computer all the time or even feel like it but... I promise I'll do my best. *Sigh*

For those of you who weren't with us last year for E3, the News Menu above will consist of two linebreak headlines and a read more which will take you to the E3 2005 News Event Archive which has a link to the left. (You can find 2004's at the bottom of the page). All news will be listed there NOT HERE on the main front page. I won't even post on this page to tell you I updated.

Commentary: Well, that's it I guess. Today should be a big day. The Conference will be held today, I believe, and that's when a lot of last year's news was released. ;) I will do my best everyone. Uh... and if you are wondering why I'm awake so early... I have a follow-up appointment with my eye surgeon.. *Sigh* I can't win. Oh well, least it's getting it out of the way this morning.

P.S. To the few that have sent me e-mails saying I shouldn't have posted the name as an actual "news" thing and that it was a hoax... I feel so strongly that the name thing isn't a hoax that I decided that. I fought myself a lot debating on it and my instinct won. If the name turns out to be a hoax I will take the post down.

Impending confirmation due... Hoax unlikely
May 16, 2005, 1:29 PM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: In case you are incapable of reading what the News Menu above every page of MCLoZ says, it is believe that the title of Zelda Realistic has been revealed. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It isn't likely that it's a hoax coming from GameInsider and GameCube Europe... but...

Commentary: Twilight Princess? Well, it's a little different from other titles... and it sounds kinda... funny. ::Shrugs:: Keep me posted guys for any more News Items.

This might be an even worse problem than I originally assessed.
May 15, 2005, 7:39 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: ^_^; I know, you are going to get mad if I post once more without having an update. Meh, I prolly will not be returning much until E3 anyway. My eye hurts, the other is working overtime, and I'm getting a headache staring at the screen.

Commentary: Just really checking in to let you know that your glorious leader, MagicFox-sama, is just fine. I don't know how good a job I will do for E3 but I think you guys can get over it. I just had major surgery and all that. :P I think my doctor would kill me if he knew I was even on - hahaha. Well, anyways, chat with you guys later. I will do my best.

Your fearless leader shall return!! ... *Trips and falls*
May 11, 2005, 7:22 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: Well, I think I shot my promise of an update all to heck. Things are like that. You never know what's going to happen from one moment to the next and with something as big as yesterday I'm rather surprised that I made the promise... though I didn't really think that it would have been this sudden... anyways. The next few days I dunno how much computer I will feel like being on. But the following weeks with me outta work and still healing... I think I'll be able to rededicate myself a little.... Notice how I start out talking about the unpredicatablity of things and I end with yet another promise.

Commentary: So... what's going on exactly? After talking to the Retina Specialist yesterday... I'm getting surgery tomorrow. Yeah... TOMORROW! Thursday! The 12th! o_o That was sudden. Gak! Maybe too sudden. Anyways, in that same thread I provided yesterday, if you go to the final posts of the topic you'll find my name and more details on the whole thing. I'm not going to be around Thursday, Friday I have the immediate follow-up (might even stay over night, he said, depending on how I react to the anesthetic). And from there... Max is going to have a patch over her left eye and it's going to take a few weeks to heal at which time she will be unable to go to work. >_< Kinda wish I had had a little more time to explain this to my managers, though they are kewl. Thank God for the small favors. Well... see ya around guys. ^_^ Wish me luck!

Retrospect and realization: Next week is E3... kewl. ^_^ That means I might be able to cover it a lot better than I had originally planned and work can't get in the way. I was dreading that. -_- Coming home to read all the sites and just repost the information everyone knew by then anyways. Yes I'm looking for the bright side of this whole situation! Don't laugh at me!! Max is a nervous wreck with things like this. Odd... I'm the one wanting to be a surgeon but I'm this worried about the whole thing. ^_^;; Eh heh...

A lousy weekend calls for no update and a rant... very rare.
May 10, 2005, 7:57 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: I don't usually write rants without an update, but I need this space today. Do you mind? I'll favor you maybe later tonight early tomorrow with an update... don't know what... but it will be a game section update. Promise!

Commentary: Ok... sorry for the no update since. A lot of things have happened during this... very long weekend. I feel like in the space of these four days my whole universe has conspired against me and today it doesn't plan to get any better and maybe by the end will only be worse.

I don't want to get into the whole messy details... so here's what started it. Zelda Elements Forum. Scoll down to the fourth post (with my name) and start to read.

Lovely, isn't it? It's the worst, but not the last of my worries. Saturday is spent with me and my sister fighting an online store trying to figure out when our Mother's Day gift for Mum was going to be in. We expected maybe one or two days late... In the end... if it ever gets here, it will be a miracle. We had ordered it the Wednesday before and it still had not been shipped out. ... We had to come up with an emergency Mother's Day gift plan... which got ruined when Mom decide "Let's go on a picnic!"

Sunday: I had work... my sister takes the oppertinity to quickly rush to the mall... wait until 10 when it opens (a whole two hours of sitting there). Me, I'm back at work explaining why on Friday I didn't get the chance to come back to work and why Tuesday I will be taking off again at 1. And... it's a DEAD day. DEAD!! Maybe only 30 customers the entire day. ZzZzZz. I like rushes. It makes time go by faster. Oh well... then at 10:30 my sister calls me up. "They didn't have the gift in." .... I was on the verge of throwing the phone across the room. "But, it's OK... I got something that she'll still like." And by the end of the day when it's time for me to go home...

I go home to find Mom and Dad having a serious argument that lasts three hours. That wasn't fun, but we finally got to give her our gift to her. And everything was fine again.

And yesterday? Ha! Now that was fun just being at work. Our Soda machine went down and a truck came in... with a lack of a few things and then something new that gave me more work to do. We got new forks in with promotional coupons. Now... you know MD's salads right? You know those dressings all neatly wrapped with forks? I had previously spent that morning making up all of them since Night shift couldn't do the job. That was a good hour task and I was ready to just not have to deal with making any more that day. Then to have those forks delivered and be told "You have to replace all the forks."

The Soda problem was resolved with cans of coke, diet, and sprite. And then successfully resolved when the machine started working again... and by that time lunch rush was over. ^_^;;

I'm done. I am. What will happen next today? Well... I have the appointment with the Retina Specialist at 1:30 so that should make the day interesting and at work.... there's always something breaking down. What will it be today? The fridge? .... ::Collapses:: I don't want to go to work... *sniffle* ::Glares at everyone:: AND YOU HAD BETTER NOT BE LAUGHING AT ME.

I feel better. Thank you for listening in to all my boring woes. Now I have to go get ready for work after eating up the rest of what is now my very soggy Frosted Flakes. ...

A quick update as I rush around getting ready for work.
May 6, 2005, 7:40 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: ^_^ Received an e-mail from Starfe last night informing me that the description I wrote for the TMC Ocarina of Wind in the Cameos: Where's Mario page was incorrect. I had completely forgot that the very beginning theme music for Ocarina of Time was also the SMB 3 whistle tune. The description has been edited and one more cameo has been added under OoT.

Commentary: Wow, you guys are really quick to correct me. I only wish that my memory would be a little more faithful. Ok, a LOT more.

Webmaster intuition? How did I know this page would be popular?
May 5, 2005, 7:14 PM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: Cameos: Where's Mario? is updated with three new contributions from Jinkondorf and Jack O'Reily. Thanks guys!. ... ((::Hits herself over the head with a fan:: Maxine Baka! How could I forget the Mario Mask in MM?))

Commentary: ^_^ I had really wanted to do that page for quite a long time and I knew somehow that it would be one of the more funner pages on the site since nearly everyone enjoys these little cameos. I've got to do the research, still yet, but I also plan on doing the reversal of this "Cameos: Where's Zelda?" which will list all the Zelda cameos that make in appearance in other games. ;) Prolly the best one is the gravestone in Final Fantasy 1. Don't know this one? Just wait for the page... whenever I get around to doing it. ::Gets the feeling she might be swarmed with e-mail after this:: ^_^. Anyways, thanks for all the compliments, guys.

A small update and more events to come.
May 4, 2005, 8:53 PM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: For today's updates: Zelda Secrets and Oddities - Peculiar Game Glitches *OoT: "Below the Well" by Adept of Lunord (Note: This was originally sent in for Link's Infinite List of Torture and can still be viewed there. I took the liberty of adding it here since it seems so appropriate.) | TWW: "Goron Overboard" by Jinkondorf | TMC: "Trapped by Gorman Answer" by GANNON-SMASH ~ Link's Ifinite List of Torture *Items 186-188 added by martin foy, Adept of Lunord, and Linkdude11.

Registration for the Australian Contest is closed. However, the image is only down temporary for edit since it seems there's a voting thing involved as well. Reminds me... I also need to make an event image to cover E3.

Update at 9:53 PM EST: I editted the Australian Contest image and while I was at it, I made the E3 expo image. Ok, it's nothing really that great and I'll prolly change it later when/if I get the time. Meh, you know how it goes.

Commentary: ::Whistles:: I wonder what I should do for the E3 event image. That reminds me. Today's MegaTokyo strip was very good. I knew she had a heart. ^_^ I love her character for some reason. And Piro just looks so... noble...

Attention Australians: Tomorrow is the deadline!
May 3, 2005, 8:57 AM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: Still interested in participating in the Australian Contest for a free trip to New Zealand (Event #3)? Well, tomorrow is the deadline. Hurry and purchase one of the Zelda products and go to the website to fill out the entry form.

Commentary: After tomorrow, the Event #3 image will be taken down. Though, I guess you kinda realized that, huh?

A revamp leads to a very interesting problem.
May 2, 2005, 2:14 PM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: The 100 Golden Skulltula Locations for Ocarina of Time has begun revamping with a new design. It's not done. I fully intendo to include even more insightful information that was never originally provided... however, read the Commentary for a tiny dillema I have encountered.

Commentary: Edit: And in the end, after this big long hassle. I compare my guide to another and try to figure out which one it is and discover the answer... and find out that it was one that I really missed when revamping the design. ::Puts a dunce cap on her head and walks away:: I give up!! :P

--------------

If you look at the page, all the way through the list, you will notice the one obvious problem. ... It stops at 99. That's not 100! Ok... history lesson! MCLoZ is five years old. That page is either the very first page I ever created or close to it. And the layout of it and the content hasn't changed all these five years. When I first created it, I was a lazy newbie and at the time there weren't very many rules to the Internet or Zelda community. Guess where I got the information? Prima's Official Strategy guide. Yep, flip to the back of that and you will find the same exact information in the original format. ^_^; I copied. That's why I'm so eager to fix this page. I did that with quite a few pages and I have corrected most of them.

Now, back to the 99 issue. At first I thought "whoops, I must have missed one when I was inserting it into the new guide." I looked... and looked again... I'm not missing any. So then I think "Oh, wow, talk about a 5 year mess up!" I open up the guide and look for the missing Skulltula in that old guide. ... And remember! Not only is the book also probably missing this one single Skulltula but there were a LOT of screw ups I remember having to fix even when I was typing it up.

^_^;; So, guess what. I will now have to re-read the guide from location to location and delve into the farthest reaches of my memories to try to remember where each and every single Skulltula was in the game and try to figure out which one I'm missing. *Sniffle* I haven't played the game in over three years. @_@ *sigh* So, there's my interesting problem. Wish me luck everyone! If you know which one I'm missing ^_^ PLEASE E-MAIL IT TO ME!! My memory is good enough to the point that I can stare at this list and fill in the gaps in the information but... I think I'm going to have to look up someone else's Skulltula guide and try to compare mine with theirs.

I told you I would do something on my To-Do List.
May 1, 2005, 10:11 PM EST by Maxine MagicFox
Updates: New page entitled "Cameos: Where's Mario?" added. This page is a listing of all the "other game" cameos that you can spot throughout the many Zelda games. Yeah, ok, I know there are a lot of blanks. Can you help me fill them in?

And the To-Do List has been updated. ... Yeah... big change, right. LOL.

A special advertisement for someone special.

Updates: Today marks the grand opening of Zelda Front. This is a wonderful forum based RPG for the Legend of Zelda games. While there had not been much action when I originally reviewed the site, I have to say that for as many RPGs I have ever looked at or been asked to join, this one looks simply wonderful.

Based on the OoT Atlus, the forum is full of places that you can go, some you may not even recognize. A clock down at the bottom of the forum keeps track of what time of day it is so that certain events may correspond accurately (such as the closing of Hyrule Castle gates). An atlas is even provided so that you know where you can go and know how far it takes to get there.

While I wasn't able to see the level up system enabled, it didn't really look as if the game was extremely centered on that. The focus of this game seems to be the storyline and not the neat technology an Administrator can install so that characters may level up. (A plus in my eyes.)

A lot of exceptional hard work has been put into this game and it shows. The Owner, Atake, has done a wonderful job and even better seems to be a very wonderful Administrator who's anxious to see his game in action. ;) So don't disappoint him. This is one RPG that is almost certain to be a lot of fun.

Be sure to visit Zelda Front RPG

Commentary: ^_^; I usually suck at advertising so I hope I did this rather well. I was very impressed with it and really wish I myself could join it. <_<; If I could find the time. ;) Keep up the good work, Atake! And lots of luck with your game!

*Phew* Thereby completely emptying my e-mail box... until tomorrow...

And Today's update: Update Log for April has been added to the archives. ~ Anime and Manga Reviews: May 2005 Edition added as well as a Special Edition: May 2005. This month's edition is about the anime "Love Hina". Please PLEASE observe the age rating. Love Hina is 16+. ~_^ Enjoy this review guys. It's just for you. And the Special Edition is about "Serial Experiments Lain". My third top favorite anime. Not for those intellectually challenged.

Commentary: ::Rubs her eyes and yawns:: Phew... caught up. Everything done... I think... anyways, I have a special post that will be added tomorrow as soon as I get on. Keep an eye out for it. I'll try to get something on my To-Do List tackled as well. Anyways, good night everyone. I'm off to bed.

Oh! And you will notice that the EGM scans have been taken down. It's fairly old news by now, but for those that don't know. EGM has threatened to sue each and every Zelda WebMaster who would continue to host scans of their magazine. ::Rolls eyes:: Actually, a good lawyer could challenge that, but, for a fan site it's simply not worth it. If EGM does not want to have their names recognized along with IGN and Ninteno Power in news posts, that's just fine with me. Saves on bandwidth really. Plus, what can their scans do? I'm still going to display the vital informaion they have posted inside the magazine.
