List of Light World Transporters

One of the key elements of A Link to the Past is being able to get to the Dark World. The only way to do this is to wander into a Magical Transporter. Now, another thing that would be helpful to this game is to know where the transporters are, right? So, follow this guide and you can't go wrong.

Transporter #1: Death Mountain

This one you wander into for the first time. To the right of Spectacle Rock (a high shelf on the very top of Death Mountain). This one allows you to reach the Tower of Hera as well as another Transporter that will get you to Turtle Rock.

Transporter #2: Death Mountain

On a plateau east of Tower of Hera. It is hidden and you need to hit the stakes down with the hammer in a certain order (right, middle, left). This takes you right on top of Turtle Rock.

Transporter #3: Death Mountain

South in the east part of Death Mountain. You will need the hookshot to get to it and the Titan's Mitt to lift the rock that is on it.

Transporter #4: Desert of Despair

Bottom left hand corner of the Desert of Mystery. You need the Titan's Mitt and the flute to reach it. It is under a rock. It will lead you into the Swamp of Despair where the Misery Mire is located.

Transporter #5: Eastern Hills

Under a rock beside a cave south of East Hill (if you use the bird #5 will land you right at it). You will need the hammer.

Transporter #6: Kakariko Village

To the north of a lone tree in Kakariko Village. The tree is to the left of the Elder's house. It will require the Titan's Mitt to reach it.

Transporter #7: Pond of Happiness

Under a rock in front of the Pond of Happiness. You will need the Titan's Mitt to lift it. This allows you into Ice Lake Cavern.

Transporter #8: The Swamp

In the Upper left hand corner of the Swamp. You will need the Hammer to reach it.
