Ghost Ship Chart
Map Location: F-1
Diamond Steppe Island

The Ghost Ship Chart shows pictures of seven different islands, and at what phase of the moon the Ghost Ship will appear there, and also give you the ability to enter the Ghost Ship.

- Location: Use the Hookshot to reach the top of the island, and enter the secret grotto. Enter the first Warp Pot you see, then go around a corner and enter another pot sitting near a Floor Master. Drop off the front of the ship you end up on and enter the left of the two pots right below where you dropped off. Finally, go through the left Warp Pot at the far end of the ship to reach a chest containing the Ghost Ship Chart.

Tingle's Chart

Windfall Island

Tingle's Chart shows you the location of Tingle Island and of two islands where you can find Great Fairies that upgrade your Rupee bag.

- Location: Enter the door in the red brick wall behind the dancing guy, and push a switch behind a few barrels to release Tingle. He will give you Tingle's Chart.

IN-credible Chart
Map Location: Random
Mailbox

The IN-credible Chart shows you the locations of the eight Triforce charts.

- Location: After you get the Master Sword, Tingle will send you a package costing 201 Rupees to get out of the mailbox. It contains the IN-credible Chart.

Octo Chart
Map Location: C-4
Northern Triangle Isle

The Octo Chart shows the locations of all the Big Octos in the Great Sea, as well as how many eyes they have.

- Location: Get Treasure Chart 26 and use it to pull up the Octo Chart.

Great Fairy Chart
Map Location: B-1
Four-Eye Reef

The Great Fairy Chart shows you the locations of all the game's Great Fairies.

- Location: Get Treasure Chart 41 and use it to find the Great Fairy Chart.

Island Hearts Chart
Map Location: B-7
Flight Control Platform

The Island Hearts Chart shows you all the islands where you can find Pieces of Heart on land, and how many.

- Location: Get Treasure Chart 19 and use it to dredge the Island Hearts Chart.

Sea Hearts Chart
Map Location: G-6
Boating Course

The Sea Hearts Chart shows all the islands where you can get a Piece of Heart using a Treasure Chart.

- Location: Get Treasure Chart 32 and use it to find the Sea Hearts Chart.

Secret Chart
Map Location: A-7
Overlook Island

The Secret Chart shows all the islands that house secret grottoes, as well as how many.

- Location: Get Treasure Chart 13 and use it to salvage the Secret Chart.

Light Ring Chart
Map Location: D-3
Cyclops Reef

The Light Ring Chart shows all the sectors where there are treasure-signifying light rings that only appear at night.

- Location: Get Treasure Chart 21 and use it to find the Light Ring Chart.

Platform Chart
Map Location: B-7
Flight Control Platform

The Platform Chart shows all the sectors that contain skull-topped watchtowers, as well as how many.

- Location: Find a submarine near the island and enter it. Defeat all the enemies within to get the Platform Chart.

Beedle's Chart
Map Location: Random
Mailbox

Beedle's Chart shows you the locations of all his Shop Ships.

- Location: After you get bombs, Beedle will mail you the chart.

Submarine Chart
Map Location: G-6
Boating Course

The Submarine Chart shows all the sectors that contain submarines.

- Location: Fly with the Deku Leaf to a small island south of the main island and enter the secret grotto. Inside, hit three crystal switches with the boomerang to get the Submarine Chart.
