Forsaken Fortress
Map Location: A-1

On the first floor, below the cell you're put in if you're caught, go behind a bunch of barrels and press a switch, The switch will open a nearby door, allowing you to reach a chest with a Piece of Heart.

Star Island
Map Location: A-2

Destroy a large rock with a bomb to reveal a secret grotto. Enter it and defeat all the enemies inside for a Piece of Heart.

Crescent Moon Island
Map Location: A-5

A Treasure chart in Dragon Roost Cavern will lead you to a Piece of Heart near Crescent Moon Island.

Seven-Star Isles
Map Location: A-6

Look around in the sector until you see a crowd of seagulls circling over the water. Sail to them to make a Big Octo appear. Defeat in by hitting its eyes with arrows, you boomerang, or bombs, then use the Grappling Hook to pull up a Piece of Heart from where it sank.

Spectacle Island
Map Location: B-3

Talk to Salvatore to play a boat-shooting minigame. Successfully destroy 5 boats with 10 shots or less to get a Piece of Heart.

Windfall Island
Map Location: B-4

1. Go into Salvatore's shop and successfully beat his squid-shooting minigame to receive a Piece of Heart.
2. After getting the Picto Box from Tingle's Jail cell, talk to Mrs. Marie inside the schoolhouse to hear about the Killer Bees. Go back outside and talk to their leader to have them all run and hide. Find them and chase them down to get a Piece of Heart. One is behind the Bomb Shop, one is behind the gravestone where the dancing guy is, and another one is hiding on top of the tallest tree in the field in the middle of the island. Roll into it to knock him off. The last one is the hardest to find. Near the school there is a small door that leads into an area above the main gate, and there are two bushes, one on each side. The kid will be behind the one that is on your left.
3. During the night, Zunari will auction various goods in the house with the vases you have to pay for if you destroy them. After a while, a Piece of Heart will be up for grabs. Raise the bid by a large amount to paralyze the competitors for a while, the time depending on the size of the raise.
4. After getting the Deluxe Picto Box, talk to the woman in the orange dress, and then talk to the man who likes to walk around. Take a picture of the woman and give it to the man, then wait a few days and go into the cafe to find them both there. They will give you a Piece of Heart.
5. After getting the Delivery Bag, talk to Zunari and agree to help him with his shop. Go to Greatfish Isle (D-2) and give the Town Flower to the Goron to receive a Sea Flower. Give it back to get an Exotic Flower, them go to Bomb Island (E-6) and trade it for a Sickle Moon flag, which you then give back for a Fountain Idol. Then go to Mother and Child Isles (B-2) and trade it for a Big Sale Flag. Go to Greatfish and trade for a Hero's Flag and them a Postman Statue. Go back to Mother and Child Isles and trade for a Shop Guru Statue, which you then take to Greatfish and Trade for a Piece of Heart.
6. After beating the Helmaroc King, go to the second floor of the auction house and talk to Maggie. Deposit the letter, then return to see Maggie's father yell at the postman. Go to the cafe, and give the letter he gives you to Maggie for a Piece of Heart.
7. Make the wind blow north, and climb up a ladder on a little ledge next to the minigame place, and push the switch. At night, get on the Ferris Wheel and wait until you get to the top, and shoot a Fire Arrow into the lighthouse. Then, talk to the man in the yellow hat next to the wheel to get a Piece of Heart.
8. After lighting the lighthouse, use the Deku Leaf to fly from the ledge behind the Bomb Shop to a little rock in the ocean, where there is a chest containing a Piece of Heart. (note: you MUST light the lighthouse first)
9. All over Windfall, there are little crown-shaped things on the ground. ( to be exact) Put any sort of flower, flag, etc. from Zunari's shop on all of them, then talk to the man sitting on a bench on a cliff to get a Piece of Heart.

Pawprint Isle
Map Location: B-5

1. There is a large dome on Pawprint Isle. Crawl through a small tunnel into it, and jump into the secret grotto. Open the only chest not blocked by rocks to get a Piece of Heart.
2. A Treasure Chart in the Tower of the Gods will lead you to a Piece of Heart near Pawprint.

Dragon Roost Island
Map Location: B-6

1. Score 25 or more in the Mail-sorting minigame. Leave the area and return to find a new guy at the mail-sorting place. Score 25 points again, then mail the letter he gives you. After a while, you'll receive a letter with a Piece of Heart.
2. Get 20 Golden Feathers, and give them to the Rito guard outside the Chieftain's room. Eventually, you'll receive a letter with a Piece of Heart.

Flight Control Platform
Map Location: B-7

After getting the magic upgrade, pay the 10-rupee fee to participate in a flying contest. Change the wind to the right direction, max out your magic, and start flying. Use the updrafts to get boosts in the middle. If you can pass the banner, you'll get a Piece of Heart.

Rock Spire Isle
Map Location: C-2

1. Go into Beedle's Shop Ship and simply buy a Piece of Heart for 950 Rupees.
2. Sail around the sector until you find two warships, sink them, and use the Grappling Hook where they sank. One will give up a Piece of Heart.
3. After beating the Helmaroc King, give 20 Skull Necklaces to Maggie's father in the auction house to receive a Treasure Chart that will point you to a Piece of Heart near Rock Spire.

Tingle Island
Map Location: C-3

Sail north of Tingle Island until you find a flock of seagulls circling over the ocean. Sail among them to have a Big Octo appear. Kill it with your boomerang or bombs, and use the Grappling Hook where it sank to get a Piece of Heart.

Three-Eye Reef
Map Location: D-1

One of two Treasure Charts available from Zunari's auction at Windfall will lead you to a Piece of Heart near Three-Eye Reef.

Greatfish Isle
Map Location: D-2

Stand on the raft that the Goron merchant stands on, and look around for a cave. Remember its location, then go out to a little rock with a spiraling path to its top and a Korok near a withered tree. Make the wind blow northwest, then use the Deku Leaf to fly into the cave, where there is a Piece of Heart.

Six-Eye Reef
Map Location: D-4

Go southwest from the reef to find a submarine. Go inside and kill all the Moblins for a Piece of Heart.

Thorned Fairy Island
Map Location: D-7

A Treasure Chart in the Wind Temple will lead you to a Piece of Heart near Thorned Fairy.

Needle Rock Isle
Map Location: E-1

Use Hyoi Pear to take control of a seagull and fly up to the top of the rock and hit a switch, allowing you to get to a chest with a Piece of Heart. Before you fly up, however, take out the Kargoroks with arrows.

Stone Watcher Island
Map Location: E-3

East of the island, there is a platform with several cannons on it. (Old Man Ho Ho will point to it) Blow up all the cannons with your cannon to get a Piece of Heart.

Bomb Island
Map Location: E-6

1. Blow up the large boulder on top of the island to expose a secret grotto. Enter and hit the Magtail with the Grappling Hook until it curls up, and set it on a switch. Go into the next room, and make more Magtails curl up, and throw then into the fire-ringed holes on the sides of the platform to get access to a chest with a Piece of Heart.
2. A Treasure Chart in the Earth Temple will lead you to a Piece of Heart near Bomb Island.

Diamond Steppe Island
Map Location: F-1

Score 19 or better in Salvatore's Windfall Island Squid-shooting minigame to get a Treasure Chart that will lead you to a Piece of Heart near Diamond Steppe.

Southern Fairy Island
Map Location: F-4

One of the things available in Beedle's Rock Spire Isle shop is a 900-Rupee Treasure Chart that will lead you to a Piece of Heart near Southern Fairy.

Forest Haven
Map Location: F-6

1. After beating Kalle Demos in the Forbidden Woods, you'll receive a Piece of Heart in the mail.
2. Talk to any Korok standing near a withered tree, then warp back to Forest Haven and fill a bottle with water from the Deku Tree's grotto. You will then have 20 minutes to pour it on all eight trees and receive a Piece of Heart. The locations are: A-2, B-2, C-5, D-2, E-1, E-5, F-3, and F-7. I recommend utilizing the Ballad of Gales and going to each island beforehand to know exactly where the tree is. Of special note is the one on Cliff Plateau Isles. You'll need to go into a secret grotto on the lower island, burn through the boards inside, on come up on the opposite side.
3. A Treasure Chart in the Tower of the Gods will lead you to a Piece of Heart near Forest Haven.

Outset Island
Map Location: G-2

1. Enter the Savage Labyrinth and go down to the level where you found the Triforce Chart, and use the Mirror Shield to destroy a statue blocking a hole down. Fight down through 50 more levels to finally get a Piece of Heart.
2. After you get the Power Bracelets, pick up the giant black pig and take it to one of the patches of black soil. Drop All-Purpose Bait on the spot and the pig will dig in. Continue doing this at all the patches until you get a Piece of Heart.
3. Once you have a sword, you can challenge Orca to a swordfighting contest. Hit him 500 times without taking more than two hits to get a Piece of Heart. I recommend going in and hitting him a bunch, then retreating and waiting for a chance to do a Parry Attack, which counts as two hits. Don't get too aggressive, though, or he'll beat you.

Headstone Island
Map Location: G-3

Use a Hyoi Pear to take control of a seagull, and fly up to the top of the island, where there will be a Piece of Heart. Fly through it, then stop controlling the bird to get it.

Angular Isles
Map Location: G-5

1. One of the islands in the sector will have a tower of blocks on it. Push and pull the ones with symbols to be able to climb to the top, where there is a Piece of Heart.
2. A Treasure Chart in the Forbidden Woods will lead you to a Piece of Heart Near the Angular Isles.

Five-Star Isles
Map Location: G-7

1. Look around the sector until you find a submarine. Enter and kill all the enemies to get a Piece of Heart.
2. Take a picture of the woman standing next to the Chu Jelly Juice Shop in Windfall with the Deluxe Picto Box and show it to her to get a Treasure Chart that will lead you to a Piece of Heart near the Five-Star Isles.
