Chart #1 - Forest Haven
Map Location: F-6

In the Forbidden Woods, go into the large, three-story chamber that comes right after the entrance and use the Baba Buds to get up to the third floor and use the Deku Leaf to reach a chest containing a Treasure Chart. Use the Boomerang to get rid of the vines on it.

Chart #2 - Windfall Island
Map Location: B-4

After beating the Helmaroc King, go to the second floor of the auction house and give 20 Skull Necklaces to the rich guy for a Treasure Chart.

Chart #3 - Forest Haven
Map Location: F-6

Climb on top of the last Grappling Hook point on the river before you reach the Deku Tree's grotto, and use the Deku Leaf to glide to a small island with a chest containing a Treasure Chart.

Chart #4 - Rock Spire Isle
Map Location: C-2

Go into Beedle's Shop Ship and buy the Treasure Chart for 900 Rupees.

Chart #5 - Gale Isle
Map Location: A-4

In the basement of the Wind Temple, defeat all the enemies in the room to the right of the one in which you got the Hookshot. (when looking at the map) You'll need to reveal some hidden enemies by pulling down statues off the wall using the Hookshot and the Iron Boots.

Chart #6 - Tower of the Gods
Map Location: D-5

On the first floor of the Tower of the Gods, go into the room where you got the compass and shoot an eye switch with an arrow to reveal a secret room containing a Treasure Chart.

Chart #7 - Windfall Island
Map Location: B-4

Beat Salvatore's squid-shooting game twice to get a Treasure Chart as a prize.

Chart #8 - Horseshoe Island
Map Location: G-1

On top of the island, throw a nut at a flag on the other side of some tentacles. If it falls short, use the Deku Leaf to blow it into the hole. Successfully get in three nuts to be able to enter a hole leading to a secret grotto. Defeat all the enemies inside to get a Treasure Chart.

Chart #9 - Crescent Moon Island
Map Location: A-5

Enter a submarine north of the island, defeat all the enemies inside, and light four torches to get a Treasure Chart.

Chart #10 - Crescent Moon Island
Map Location: A-5

Simply walk onto the island and open the chest.

Chart #11 - Dragon Roost Island
Map Location: B-6

On the first floor of Dragon Roost Cavern, go into the room at the lower-left of the big central chamber, turn to the right, and throw a burning Boko Stick over a gap to burn a barrier, then swing over with the Grappling Hook to find a Treasure Chart.

Chart #12 - Headstone Island
Map Location: G-3

In the big room in the second basement of the Earth Temple, shine light on some blocks on the left side of the room to gain access to a secret. Defeat all the Stalfos inside for a Treasure Chart.

Chart #13 - Two-Eye Reef
Map Location: G-4

After beating the Helmaroc King, go inside the reef and destroy every wall cannon to get a Treasure Chart.

Chart #14 - Headstone Island
Map Location: G-3

Enter a submarine northeast of the island and defeat all the enemies within for a Treasure Chart.

Chart #15 - Forest Haven
Map Location: F-6

Go into the largest room of the Forbidden Woods' second basement, use the mobile platform to get to a Bomb Flower on the other side of the room, and throw it into a giant stump in the middle of the room to destroy a bunch of vines blocking access to a Treasure Chart.

Chart #16 - Seven-Star Isles
Map Location: A-6

Climb on top of the skull platforms in the sector to be attacked by several Wizzrobes. Defeat them all for a Treasure Chart, 20 Rupees, and a Golden Feather.

Chart #17 - Spectacle Island
Map Location: B-3

Beat Salvatore's boat-shooting game twice to get a Treasure Chart.

Chart #18 - Windfall Island
Map Location: B-4

One of the items for sale in Zunari's nighttime auctions is a Treasure Chart.

Chart #19 - Four-Eye Reef
Map Location: B-1

After defeating the Helmaroc King, enter the reef and blow up all the Wall Cannons.

Chart #20 - Headstone Island
Map Location: G-3

In the first basement of the Earth Temple, go into the room left of the second room from where you enter the basement from the first floor, (when looking at the map) and defeat all the Floor Masters to get a Treasure Chart.

Chart #21 - Cyclops Reef
Map Location: D-3

After beating the Helmaroc King, go into the reef and destroy all the cannons.

Chart #22 - Northern Fairy Island
Map Location: A-3

Enter a sub northwest of the island, defeat all the enemies inside, and use ropes to reach the chart.

Chart #23 - Windfall Island
Map Location: B-4

Get a score of 19 or better in Salvatore's squid game to get a Treasure Chart in addition to any other prizes.

Chart #24 - Windfall Island
Map Location: B-4

Once you have the Deluxe Picto Box, jump on the Ferris wheel and then onto the little balcony on Lenzo's shop. Go in the door, crawl through the hole, and take a picture of Lenzo with some woman. Show the picture to the two women who are gossiping to each other for a chart.

Chart #25 - Cliff Plateau Isles
Map Location: F-7

Go into a secret grotto on the island and use a Baba Bud to reach the highest point in the room, then use a Fire Arrow to burn some boards, and then glide down to their former location with the Deku Leaf for a chart.

Chart #26 - Six-Eye Reef
Map Location: D-4

After beating the Helmaroc King, enter the reef and destroy all the cannons to get a chart.

Chart #27 - Private Oasis
Map Location: E-5

Stand on the fence around the cabana and use the Hookshot on a tree to get onto the cliff above the waterfall, where you will find a chest containing a Treasure Chart.

Chart #28 - Horseshoe Island
Map Location: G-1

Get three nuts into the hole, then glide to a small island with the Deku Leaf for a chart.

Chart #29 - Windfall Island
Map Location: B-4

On your way to get chart #24, open a chest in the first room you get to for a chart.

Chart #30 - Tower of the Gods
Map Location: D-5

On the second floor of the Tower of the Gods, go into the room with the scales and throw a bomb at a cracked wall on the left side of the room to reveal a secret room. Enter it and conduct the Wind's Requiem on the spiral pattern on the floor, then destroy the Armos Knights for a chart.

Chart #31 - Windfall Island
Map Location: B-4

Use the Deluxe Picto Box to take a picture of the full moon, then show it to the depressed guy who sits on the steps near the auction house.

Chart #32 - Three-Eye Reef
Map Location: D-1

Once again, enter the reef after killing the Helmaroc King and destroy all the cannons.

Chart #33 - Windfall Island
Map Location: B-4

Use the Deluxe Picto Box to take a picture of the woman standing near the Chu Jelly Juice Shop and show it to her for a chart.

Chart #34 - Random Locations
Map Location: Great Sea

Somewhere on the Great Sea, you can find a group of weird people wearing diving suits in a boat equipped with a Grappling Hook. Talk to the about treasure-hunting for a chart. They typically hang out around the sectors where you find Cyclos. I think.

Chart #35 - Gale Isle
Map Location: A-4

In the basement of the Wind Temple, go into the room at the bottom of the central room (when looking at the map) and break through all of the weak floor tiles with the Iron Boots for a chart.

Chart #36 - Ice Ring Isle
Map Location: F-5

Simply shoot a Fire Arrow into an ice block to reveal a chest containing a Treasure Chart.

Chart #37 - Rock Spire Isle
Map Location: C-2

Destroy the boulders on the island with bombs in order to reach a secret grotto. Light all the torches and defeat all the Keese for a chart.

Chart #38 - Windfall Island
Map Location: B-4

Like chart #18, this one is available at Zunari's nightly auction.

Chart #39 - Dragon Roost Island
Map Location: B-6

On the second floor of Dragon Roost Cavern, go into the room just below the central room (on the map) and light all the torches for a chart.

Chart #40 - Southern Fairy Island
Map Location: F-4

Destroy all the cannons on three skull-topped towers near the island to make a chest containing a Treasure Chart appear on one. It doesn't have a ladder, though, so you have to use the Deku leaf to fly to it from one of the other platforms.

Chart #41 - Five-Eye Reef
Map Location: F-2

After the second trip through the Forsaken Fortress, enter the reef and destroy all the cannons.
