Misc.: 1) In the Chu Jelly Juice Shop, Doc Bandum will only sell Green and Blue Potions when you bring him 15 of the corresponding color of Chu Jelly. You can get a free potion of any kind by bringing 15 of the corresponding Chu Jelly.
2) All over the island, you will find small crown-shaped devices on the ground. You can place a decorative item from Zunari's shop on each one. If you place a Postman Statue or a Shop Guru Statue on the gate, a nearby man will give you Rupees.
3) In the auction house, drop down from the second floor onto the stage to access a chest containing 20 Rupees.
4) After you defeat the Helmaroc King, find a poor girl standing near the Chu Jelly Juice Shop, talk to her, move away, and wait for her to run off. Follow her around town, hiding behind signs/bushes/walls whenever possible until she goes to Zunari's shop and attempts to break into a safe. Talk to her and give the first answer to all her questions to get a bottle.
5) Give Mrs. Marie 40 Joy Pendants to get the Hero's Charm, which allows you to see enemy's health.
6) Give three Skull Necklaces to the big guy standing near the Bomb Shop to play a minigame in which you have to bring three pigs to him in two minutes for 50 Rupees.
7) To get the Magic Armor, get a Town Flower from Zunari, then give it to a Goron merchant on Greatfish Isle for a Sea Flower, which you can then give back to him for an Exotic Flower. Take the Exotic Flower to Bomb Island and trade it with a Goron merchant for a Sickle Moon Flag. Go back and talk to Zunari again to receive the Magic Armor.

Pawprint Isle

Dragon Roost Island

Make the wind blow north and fly to a second spire, then make the wind blow northwest and glide to a cave containing 100 Rupees. Push a block out of the back to get out.
2) On the west side of the island, Bomb Flowers grow on the side of the cliff. Shoot them with arrows to earn 200 Rupees.
3) Bomb a rock near the place you learn the Wind's Requiem to access a secret grotto. Defeat all enemies for 10 Rupees.

Misc.: There are four switches on the island- a Skull Hammer switch, a foot switch, a crystal switch, and an Iron Boots switch. Activate all of them as fast as possible. I recommend starting out by pressing the foot switch, then using the boomerang to hit the crystal. Run to the Skull Hammer switch next and activate it, then finish by running to the Iron Boots switch. Cutting down all the grass, bushes, and trees helps. When you've activated all four switches, an updraft will appear and you will gain access to a secret grotto. Use the updraft and the Deku Leaf to fly to the island's peak, where you will find 30 Rupees and a Blue ChuChu. Enter the secret grotto and defeat ALL the enemies (there are very many) to earn 200 Rupees.

2) Once you have the sword, you can go to Orca at any time to fight him. If you can hit him 300 times without getting hit 3 times, you get 100 Rupees. 500 hits gets you a Piece of Heart, and 999 hits earns you 200 Rupees.
3) Bring Orca 10 Knight's Crests to learn the Hurricane Spin attack.
4) Crawl under the deck of Link's house to find a cave containing 100 Rupees.
5) Stand on the pigpen fence and jump to the roof of the nearby stall and then jump onto the roof of the house. Enter the house's attic and break pots and boxes to find Rupees.
6) Transform into a seagull with a Hyoi Pear to get 20 Rupees on top of the watchtower and several Yellow Rupees on the cliff next to the path to the bridge.
7) Bring a bottled fairy to Link's grandmother after you defeat the Helmaroc King to get a bottle of Elixir Soup, which can be refilled at any time.
8) Bomb a rock in the Forest of Fairies to access a Fairy Fountain where you can upgrade your Rupee bag.
